Immense pain with pump stuck with strotum wall

Postby Entourage » Sat May 13, 2023 2:27 pm

How did you guys deal with this. Im constantly popping pain killers to reduce the pain. I cant stand or walk. when I touch the pump its like something formed around it and its stuck with the wall of scrotum. cant sit or walk properly.

1.Tried taking a hot shower.
2.Tried massaging it.
3.Sometimes the pain is so bad while walking I feel like im going to pass out

I experienced the same pain after my implant. It felt like one tiny section of my scrotum was attached to the pump. It was almost too painful to cycle, but I forced myself through it. Over the next several weeks my scrotum toughened up, the pain went away and the part of the scrotum that was attached to the pump no longer is. Now, 6 months post op., I have no more pain when I walk, sit, cycle, or have sex. Stick with it, it will get better with time.

I'm just over three months out, and my pump seems to have freed up from the scrotum, but it's still turned sideways, and high in my sack.
It feels like the tubes are too short to allow it to rotate and settle down lower.
I plan to see my surgeon again to see what needs to be done to fix it. Hopefully NOT another surgery.
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly. :D
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7". ;)

My pump got stuck to one testicle and the scrotum wall with a hematoma for about 6 weeks. I did cycle after 4 weeks but it was incredibly painful. You just have to be patient the hematoma will break down in the end, i definitely wouldn't be aggressive and pull it around too much if i was you.
Peyronies since december 2017. 80 degree curve and shrinkage. Tried every supplement, traction and VED.
