Hello guys I know there is many topics with this title, I read many of them but answers aren´t clear, probably because everyone has different level of ED, but I guess no one would go for implant if he is able to have erections lasting long enough for decent sex, which means when your erection goes down your glans gets smaller too and without viagra this happends very quick, so my question is how this works during sex after implant? Are you losing glans engorgement after while during sex? I also wonder how it works for guys with complete ED when there is very little blood flow to the head.

There are the posts here that do explain this pretty well. But as you say men are different so it most likely won't be a single thread but many. As far as my understanding that some men do get engorgement after implant and even a few get even more engorgement. For men who don't or not enough then oral meds or a gel injected in the urethra. Some even use a VED and constriction ring. Others just live with what they don't have.

When doing my daily cycling i am generally not aroused. So, it stretches the shaft without affecting the glans, which remains soft. My dick has an oval shape inflated and unaroused. The difference between my aroused inflated and unaroused are inflated are obvious.

When aroused my glans engorged, especially as i near climax when it’s swollen and purple as before. The oval shape improves as well when aroused, but only if i back off the pressure to about 90%, which is perfectly fine for sex. Same thing here, for me maybe better 85% then add maybe 1/2 pumps sometimes, sometimes nothing, I'm noticing that riding a bike doesn't stretch me when I'm at max inflation, it does stretch me when I'm 80/85% inflated and it allows me not to feel the tips either me or my partner, plus it becomes rounder, thai try to inflate to the maximum for 4/5 minutes before sex and then deflate until it reaches 85/90% where you feel comfortable, you should see your tips disappear and the glans more swollen, and then it should become rounder

I had venous leakage before implant and still do afterwards. Only now it only affects my glans. If I can get it engorged, when I lay on my back the engorgement of the glans fades. If I go back to my side, it returns.
I have run the gamut of known engorgement meds, which you must have read about in the related threads. I will say that no matter what med/technique I use, its effectiveness is increased if I am doing daily Cialis. And when sex is on the near horizon, I double up to 10mg nights, 10mg mornings. Then before sex I layer that with various other methods. I feel I am still learning— and it’s important to me because an engorged glans gives me the sensitivity needed for orgasm.

From all my research and personal experience it’s basically that an implant don’t change what you had as far as engorgement. At first when there’s swelling you might lose some as I did but within a few months I was back to about what I had before. With stimulation I get descent engorged. Now I use 5mg cialis daily which definitely helps. Also helps white BPH.

In the past during my trimix days a distraction or change in position would cause me to lose my erection. With my implant now if a distraction causes a reduction in pressure in the glans the shaft remains very hard and as you mention some focused attention/stimulation causes the engorgement to return without the session being a total loss.

And like you, at moment of orgasm my glans is swollen and purple. It’s a good thing.
