That can be a hard question to answer unless you own one. An example - The penis before the implant is not situated the same way. If I had a mole on my penis mid shaft when looking down at my penis...That same mole would be further right facing my right thigh.

Sorry...that's the best I could do...ANYONE ELSE WANT TO TRY TO EXPLAIN?

Imagine an erect dick. Put a screwdriver in the urethra and turn it e.g. 45 degrees. The shaft will still come out of your body as before. But the further from your body the more it will twist/rotate. At the tip, the twist will be 45 degrees.
If you would have drawn a straight line on the upper side of your dick before the screwdriver did it’s job, that line would still originate from where it did at first. But it would turn more and more along the shaft and would end at 1:30 (45 degrees) at the tip of your penis.
Everything would be normal at the base of your dick. But someone kneeling in front of you would see the line of your urethra not pointing up to down(vertical) but rather 45 degrees turned. Or whatever the twist would be. 45 degrees just being an example.

In my case, it was twisted from the base. Now, this seems to have improved as I stopped wearing my penis up?

Now what happens is the left side inflates more than the right, so the left is thicker and rounder, and the right side is more flat.

But the twist has improved, I think in the early stages, wearing your penis in different angles/ways effects the erection.
