For my first implant I used the doctor provided jock strap with a hole cut into it. You’ll be partially or fully inflated when you come home. You don’t want to put pressure on the tip (that hurts). You do want support on your scrotum. For pants, loose fitting gym/sweatpants (polyester not cotton) are my favorite, not the type with elastic bands on the legs or like skinny jeans. You want them loose all around. I found it easy to put on and I could pack frozen peas under them while on the couch or in bed. When I got my replacement, I found the Hanes pouch underwear a great fit. Search for: Hanes Men's Total Support Pouch Boxer Brief

Frozen peas work wonders for pain and swelling. I use the small 16oz bag with soft plastic packaging. It fits well between my legs. I have two, I use one at a time and keep the other in the freezer.

Blessings and Happiness!

Take care to not invite frostbite! Wrapping those peas in an insulating blanket (washcloth, handtowel or fleece wrap) keeps you from applying too much cold to yourself and lets the peas last longer, too.

your most welcome ... as my surgery is done I'm going to try to post my journey on here since so few get the malleable implants ... I'm getting a rigicon which has been on the market about 3 years and has a 135 degree angle in the advertisements ...we will see in real life ..

I find it easiest to stimulate the g-spot in doggy or reverse cowgirl positions.
My erection has always pointed down somewhat, and had a curve to the left.
The implant straightened out the curve for the most part, but I still angle downward.
I have no problem flexing it up during penetration or oral sex.
Age 59. AMS 700 LGX 21cm + 2cm RTE.
Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly. :D
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7". ;)
