Hi there first time user and have an orgasm question
I normally take trimix shots which work to get me nice and hard but after I cum it drops quickly and was wondering if any of you had had multiple orgasms which I’d luv but failed so far. Should I increase the dosage or somehow stop myself from cumming ?

This reminds me of something that happened a couple years ago.

I'd be careful using lidocaine topical spray during sex. The effects may transfer to your partner, and foreign stuff inside the vagina or anus could lead to bacterial infections. There are specific gels and lubes available that are safe for sexual purposes that have delay properties. My wife uses a clit sucker when we're in doggy and it doesn't bother me/ I don't feel it.
