I’m really curious to how this worked out for you as well and keep my fingers crossed there’s no more surgery needed!
42 M. Mild peyronies like symptoms for well over a decade. Mostly related to PFS syndrome I believe. Seriously considering an Implant. Trying to mentally accept the situation, Pills barely work and trimix gel doesn't work, tried injections -hated it.

For all of us, our worst nightmare is early failure. I’m with the others above brother, wishing you the best. Please keep us posted.

Wishiing you the best, hope it's an easy fix.

With my titan, sometimes the pump needs to be 'popped'. Are you sure it's not this? If I deflate really hard, the next pump needs to be really hard, to the point where it literally pops and then it starts to inflate.

Dear bionic brothers
Today I celebrate birthday and Christmas together. My pump is not broken! Dr Hakky was able to take a look and it was "just" an air bubble that had blocked the valve system. With a few quick pumps and proper positioning, the bubble can be popped, everything is running again. Still not ideal to have air in the system, but at least better than the implant was defective already. I'm honestly just relieved. Thanks to everyone who had sent me words of encouragement. This community is just awesome.

Glad yours was a easy fix. Mine ( ams700cx ) failed about the same time frame with similar description. I could give the pump a good hard squeeze, get the "pop" indicating it was in inflate mode, give it one or two squeezes hearing a squishing sound ( air in system ) and then the pump would go flat. Unfortunately for me a CT scan showed that the reservoir is completely empty. My surgery was April 12th and my remove and replace will happen this Thursday June 22nd. I am more that ready to get a working unit again.
AMS 700 CX 21cm x 12mm with 1.5cm RTE, MS pump, and Conceal Reservoir. Implanted on 4-12-2023 removed and replaced 6-22-23 with the same, 1st implant surgery had pinhole leak in left cylinder, second failure tubing at connector

let's hope it's the right time, who was the doctor who did your implant

let's hope it's the right time, who was the doctor who did your implant

Mine was done by Dr Saneal Rajanahally at Urology of Greater Atlanta ( UGA ) main office in Stockbridge Ga. He will be doing the revision as well, he's done a lot of them so I really don't think it's anything he did, I'm thinking faulty component. He filled reservoir to capacity ( the whole 100cc ) and it was the conceal reservoir.
Right now I can feel the implants in my penis and one feels like it's deflated and the left one feels as though it's partially inflated, btw when deflated or just partially inflated, are you supposed to feel hard bumps or places along the implant? These spots feel sorta like the tip that's in the glans.
Plus I've noticed that when I give a firm squeeze of the bulb, it almost feels as though fluid releases or pops out around the deflate block on the pump. It's a really weird sensation so it might just be the pump switching to inflate mode, but whatever hopefully they'll tell me what exactly failed on the system after the surgery.
I'm not completely sure but a Dr Lopez ( whose been doing these implants since the 70's ) at the same firm wanted to be there when the surgery is done as well - but I'm not sure if he will be or not. He told me and Dr Raj that he wanted to help and be there so we'll see. Anyway I'll post a update maybe Thursday evening.
