Gland’s engorgement more than normal

Hi guys, i read alot about glands not getting blood flow. I seem to have the opposite, when turned on my glands are bigger and fuller than pre op, is that normal/ or do you think its just part of the normal healing process that will be short lived?

Gosh I would love to have that problem. Few things are more aesthetic on the penis than an engorged, glistening glans. I'd rather have 5 inches with a glistening glans than 9 inches with a soft one

If that were my experience it would have been a gift. This is an area that causes me a lot of bother. The only way I can experience gland engorgement now is with the use of VED or PGE1 and Phent Gelmix. I wish you luck.

When aroused my glans are 30-40% larger than prior to surgery. They are also more sensitive. I do not see a problem here and am pleased with the result

I am 29 days post op and my glans gets bigger now than it did before the surgery, it's like it was before all the ed and pyronies. I was taking 20mg of cialis 3 times a week erections were hit or miss and only got some engorgment of the glans, now I'm not taking anything and get really good glans engorgment when aroused. I wonder if it's the cylinders giving the glans support helping keep the blood where it should be in the glans.
