Interest in Glans Engorgement Thread?

If i pump up 2/3rds of the way so my dog ears etc disappear,my glands get engorged . If i pump up to absolute max my glands don't engorge much and i'm cone shaped. It's almost as though the blood flow to the glands is cut off when fully pumped. My dick is far more natural looking 2/3rds pumped but i don't get the extra length and girth the cone oval shape of the maxed out dick gives me.

I would also agree -- what I have found though is that when I use a pill/substance --like Trimix gel -- it stays engorged even at 100%, and is also more sensitive at that level -- just my personal experience however fwiw.

Update re Vardenafil (generic Levitra): so I tried going from 50 to 60 mg a couple days ago. Result was still no side effects but no further engorgement than 50 mg, maybe even 40 mg. So, personally I plan to go with 40 to 50 mg for awhile, and do some further comparisons with Trimix — am hoping Vardenafil continues to be as effective since it is far less expensive.
Any other reports or questions about gaining engorgement are welcome as usual and if any questions about my various experiments, feel free to pm me.

Well if I understand your question, Levitra’s composition is Vardenafil, which became OK for other drug makers to sell last September. It can be purchased for much less than the branded Levitra.

9 weeks in with Coloplast Titan, tried Tri Gel for the first time last night to help floppy head. Used 2.5 as suggested and boy oh boy did it work. Haven't been this hard since pre prostate removal and 3 years ED. However, two hours of pain afterwards was way too much. Looking to drop to 1 next time.

Alex -- do you mind telling your source for the gel -- was it U Compounding in SD or somewhere else. The reason I ask is that some pharmacies put lidocaine in it to dull the pain and some don't.

It's been 14 months since my implant. Glan engorgement is a huge problem for me as well. In fact, without VED and/or PEG1 gel, I have an oddly shaped phallus: not round like before but flat and oval. There is a noticeable indentation on the top between the two cylinders, something of which I am very self-conscious. The skin on my penis is thin so you can feel all the internal components when you hold or tough it. And the glans is soft and unremarkable. But when I'm able to use the VED and PEG1, along with a cock ring, it fills out and there is much engorgement. But I am not always able to use these because I'm not in a steady relationship. I'm single and I actively date and not all women want to deal with the preamble activities that one goes through with ED. In those moments I must be without the VED/PEG1, and it is a difference like day and night in terms of appearance, shape, and feel. My urologist shuts down every time I bring these issues up so I don't know what to do at this point. I would like to find another solution that didn't require gel that has to be refrigerated or the use of VED right before sex. I can see how these solutions can be incorporated into the sex routine of a long-term and stable relationship but when you are single and dating, navigating these things can be brutal. I'm actively in therapy working to come to terms with my new penis. However, none of this stops me from being sexually active. It's just hard to do so without, at times, being distressed. Both things can exist at the same time: I'm so very grateful for having an active sex life but at the same time I can have a lot of distress about the shape, appearance, and feel of my penis (not to mention that since my implant I no longer have orgasm from penetrative sex, but that's for another thread). I remember the initial euphoria of having the implant after years of struggling with ED. Now that that has passed, I'm dealing with the issue of navigating a dating life with a prosthetic penis. It's a mixed bag.
