How exactly did you fix it? What is a reset for the pump?

Thank you,

Mine still will do that every once in a while. I have a LGX with a MS pump. So I would say to contact a Coloplast rep and ask them. Hate to give you AMS fixes for your Titan and have it cause you problems. This is why I asked the OP what device he had and informed him if he put the info in a signature if would help other reply to his question. As I have never had a Titan I have very little information on that device. What I think is happening is the pump is not switching 100% into inflate mode. And restricting flow to one cylinder more than the other. When this happens, I deflate and make sure I give the first pump a very hard and fast squeeze. When mine does this now or when I use very slow deep pumps, I will have more girth and less length. When it switches fully and I can do very fast partial pumps I inflate much faster and get more length and less girth. Hope this helps some.

Thanks, yes it does help. I dont think we have coloplast reps here in Australia. I have noticed that too, sometimes there is more girth less length, sometimes more length, less girth.

These seem to be very uncommon issues.

Another thing I noticed is the bulb is more difficult to pump when this happens and the reason for slower inflating. It does always correct with deflating and another attempt or even several. The term sticky pump or even quirky pump has been used. These pumps are made really tight to last for over 10 years and it seems I may have received one that was even tighter than most. They are self-lubricating and the more they are used the better this should be. Thing is it works now. Woo hooo! May not be perfect but it sure beats the nothing I had before surgery. Just the being a shower now and not having the trouble to pull my nub out far enough not to pee on my jeans is awesome.

Do a search on this site for a Coloplast Rep and see if you find some information. This link was posted in the past and has some information in it on troubleshooting. https://www.dropbox.com/s/jigjyy7sscflr ... e.pdf?dl=0
