Im pretty big into working out also and the idea of no gym for 6 weeks hurts.

lol, well I’m really trying to win back my ex wife, so we will see about that. I am hopeful.

As far as working out goes, yeah it has sucked. The first 10 days of not working out I didn’t look too much different but after the hitting the two week mark I could tell I was shrinking some. I am 17 days post op now and went to the gym today for the first time and did LIGHT LIGHT weight all upper body just to get some blood flow and it felt good. I was told not to lift anything over 10 pounds for 3 weeks then ease back into my normal routine. I wasn’t told 6 weeks like you mentioned.

My advice would be to get your diet right and don’t give yourself an excuse to eat like crap just because you aren’t able to workout. Even though I definitely did eat some bad food, but I wish I had kept it clean the whole time. Plus, muscle memory is a real thing and it will all come right back!

Been there done that with the ex. Wish you luck.
Dr. Clavell mentioned 6 weeks in the consult. But I plan to raise this question again to see if we can cut it to 4 weeks light weights.
I plan on not drinking anything for the recovery and high protein with lots of fruits and vegetables.
I’ve enjoyed reading your story. And wish you continued success in your journey.

I live in Kentucky but use doctors in Louisville and Nashville. When I first started looking for a high volume implanter I was searching for doctors in these cities. I ran across these videos on YouTube of Dr. Dean Kmoll and yes he is a high volume implanter and has traveled around the world training and done implants from info from these videos. Don’t know why he is not more well know on FT. But again don’t see a lot of people from this area of the country on here either.

https://youtu.be/91dKVy7whmE

https://youtu.be/bbUHv0EmxHE

I decided he was a good choice and called urology associates and they said that his son was now taking over doing the implants. I was a little disappointed but make the appointment. I talked over my life of ED and he suggested I have the implant. I actually told him I had wanted his dad. I wasn’t quite as prepared as I should have been with questions. But told him to check insurance. The one thing that concerned me was that he only would do a AMS. The reason he stated was because of the antibiotic that is infused in the AMS units to help with infection. The research I had done I was leaning towards the titan because of my girth. I decided to search for another doctor and found Dr. Mathew Pollard at that time he was at another practice and was supposed to be trained in male sexual heath and done many implants. He also implanted both types. I got more prepared after reading a lot on FT and had a long list of questions. Found out he had moved to urology associates and made a appointment. He answered the list of questions to my satisfaction and said he did many implants a month. I can’t remember the amount now but was in the amount that is discussed here. He suggested the titan for me. Both doctors checked insurance and it won’t pay. I had not ever had a Doppler or anything else much done. So Pollard ordered a Doppler and still didn’t find the reason for the ED. Had some other prostate issues and Pollard did do Green light TURP and I was very pleased with his success with that. I have posts about that on FT. I had not tried injections. But after insurance would not pay I decided to try with not much success.

Now that I read about some problems with other guys that Pollard did implants on, Not sure I would of used him in the future for the implant. I know things happen even with the best surgeons so can’t judge on someone else’s experience when it could be something that’s not the doctors fault. But sure gives some concerns. When I had the Doppler done I talked with the NP that did it about both doctors and he assumed me he would not have a issue with having either do it. He did say that Dr, Dean Knoll was still doing implants but was turning the implants over to His son mostly. That if I used his son,Paul, that I would basically be getting both doctors. Pollard has now left the practice to a new position. My understanding is that it a position that deals with male fertility and was a move up. I actually had a check up from the TURP with the young doctor that filled his position and not so impressed. So now trying to decide if I want to transfer to DR. Dean or Dr. Paul Knoll or look for another. The only thing I don’t like is they only do AMS. And that’s a whole new debate on which one is best and to get. Sorry for the long post but wanted to post these video links and my experience with these doctors.

Thanks for posting those videos, I am suprised I never found them when I was doing all my searching.

As far as Dean and his son go. Dean HAS been amazing. I feel like the progress I’ve made in such a short time is pretty damn amazing and I’m very happy with it. His son Paul, while he hasn’t done anywhere near the amount of IPP surgeries that Dean has done, still has learned from the best (his dad) so I would trust him to do it. I actually met with Matthew pollard first, then Paul, then Dean. But I was referred to Dean by Scott Woods who is a friend of his and also a doctor in the same building so I just kind of lucked out with that…. When I met with Paul he said he does about 3-5 implants a week. So THAT on top of his dad being among the best in the world at this surgery, I would trust him to do it.

Thanks brother. Yes I would definitely cut out the drinking while you’re recovering, eat quality food and get adequate protein, and the fruits and veggies is a good idea. Since you won’t be doing anything much the first couple of weeks I don’t think it’s a bad idea to allow yourself a nice cheat meal a couple times a week.

There have been several positive changes in my life lately. In addition to giving up alcohol, I have become active by taking up sports and going to the gym every day, and to speed up the process I learned where to buy tren. These changes have not only improved my physical health, but also contributed to my overall well-being.

Don't. wait the full 6 weeks. It's very rare, but the reservoir can migrate. It happened to me and i didn't even lift anything.
The 2 weeks earlier are not worth the risk

Indeed, my doctor told me I could ease back into weights at 3 weeks. He said very light for 3 weeks until I hit 6 weeks and then I should be good to go.

Yep, I’m gonna do whatever Dr. C says all the way. Too important of a surgery not to follow the exact directions .

And yes pro, pizza delivered will be in my future for sure for a cheat meal.

Hey James,

As a former competitive athlete, if you choose to do PED's id leave the tren alone. Ive had a friend pass away from abuse.. can't blame mainly tren but it is THE most destructive on your BP, kidneys etc.. my friend used it constantly. If you dont compete or make money off it in BB there are many others to choose from that are kinder to your health with very similar results, its a pre contest substance and just wanted to throw my 2 cents in there about it. Just like here on FrankTalk, you can research forums like ExcelMale which deals mainly with HRT & the like. My close friend had cardiac arrest & die at 51so if I can steer you away from it -many "healthier" alternatives and I'll second BigDave, you're an adult just want to say that it messed with my libido/function back in the day more than anything else ever did or tried at the time. -apologies dont mean to change subject of the thread or anything
42 M. Mild peyronies like symptoms for well over a decade. Mostly related to PFS syndrome I believe. Seriously considering an Implant. Trying to mentally accept the situation, Pills barely work and trimix gel doesn't work, tried injections -hated it.

UPDATE: Day 24 POST-OP

I haven’t posted in five days, however I am at the 24 day mark post surgery and things are going extremely well. I have been cycling for about a week now (give or take) and I’m not going crazy with it as of yet. I am pumping it up every morning in the shower for the length of my shower and while I’m shaving/brushing my teeth and stuff. So it’s staying pumped for about 20 minutes in the morning, and then at night I do it for the same amount of time but I take a hot hot bath and that really loosens everything up good and feels great.

I am pumping up pretty damn close to what I FEEL like HAS to be pumped to the max because everything starts to feel like it’s stretching and my gland start hurting quite a bit… here’s the thing though.. it seems there is no limit to the amount of pumps I can put in. I wonder if that’s normal.I will get it so hard I can’t bend it in any direction at all
And I can still sit there and put pumps into it so I’m not sure what’s happening there. Either way, all is well.

My length has already increased more from the last time I posted and I’m not at an even 6.5” erect, and girth has increased as well to 5.5” at the base and I’m also getting food glans engorgement.

I attached some pictures below. Two pictures I’m fully pumped, and two pictures I am completely flaccid.
