Hi fellas. So I'm a fit 55yo that was implanted in 2018 after postop prostate cancer. I was married then to a lady that was a year older than me. She was entering menopause so sex was rare.

Today, I have a new girlfriend who's aged 28yo and she is killing me. We have had sex nearly every day, sometimes up to 3x a day for the last month. She is on her period so I'm getting a small break as I write this.

She's fit and built small with a shallow vagina. When she rides me I get the most intense pain afterwards I've ever felt. It's like my urethra is irritated, and the glans beat to hell. Sometimes I can feel the implant moving at the base as it's hitting my pelvis. It's not funny.

She loves my cock and knows I have the implant (AMS LGX). I think I have had more sex in the last 30days than in the last 25yrs, maybe 35. I love her and she does me so I plan on keeping her.

Questions: Have any of you had a similar experience with implant pain from frequent or hard pounding sex? Will it "toughen" up as I heal between episodes?

We've tried skipping days but it fails when we start hugging or kissing then it's off to the races. I really hope I can adjust physically and be able to accommodate her and enjoy the ride. Any advice or comments?

I recall one gentleman who had a longer penis than his wife could accommodate (her pain, not his). They solved the problem by a couple of stiff foam rubber rings he would put on his penis to limit penetration.

I don't know if this would lessen your girlfriend's pleasure or not, but it should lessen your discomfort. If she LIKES to have her cervix pounded hard, you may have to adjust.

Sounds like to me that this girl has an IUD. The "string" that hangs out of the cervix is too short. The string is similar to monofilament fishing line. It is used to detect if the IUD has moved by gently fingering it monthly. Contrary to popular thoughts, the string is frequently actually trimmed a bit too short. So it is easy to poke you in your urethra opening. If its short it won't flex out of the way. Think of how coarse your facial hair feels just before shaving vs how soft a beard feels.
I've had this happen to me after our last child was born & the dr didn't want to put my wife back on birth control pills.
I suggest that if indeed she has an IUD? You try wearing a condom a few times to see if you can have painfree sex. If the sex is painfree, your girlfriend needs to have her IUD replaced & have the string left longer.
Actually, giving this a little more thought. If she doesn't have an IUD. The condon idea might give your urethra time to toughen up.

This is serious. You have an implant, a mechanical part that can break at any time. Your glans can suffer erosion and cylinders may dislocate. Pain is a signal from your body that something isn't right.
You need to be careful with it. You love each other, and your relation is ignited by sex. If anything happens to your implant, the down time will be very hard for both of you, and mostly you will breakup.
My suggestion is to talk to your girlfriend and try to avoid positions that cause you pain.

You do NOT want to have a distal perforation which is where the tips start to stab through the glans area. I recently had to tell my girlfriend we need to have less sex with her on top as I was having a similar problem.

You mentioned when she rides you and it made me first check which device you got and then find this study (Poster #111) about how woman on top seems to be a particular weak spot for AMS devices:

However, aneurysmal failures in parylene-coated AMS 700 cylinders during "woman on top" intercourse have been reported. It is surmised that buckling of the cylinder results in this particular mode of failure.
