horrible idea. do not do it. so many horror stories. it is not really reversible. if you take it out you will induce peyronies and your penis will be way shorter than before.

if you want to enlarge stick to using an extender, lots of literature on them and a vacuum pump. some people are just lazy and don’t want to put in the work and they get mangled dicks as a result

No interest in tunica expansion procedure (TEP)? I don't know much about it, but it's my plan. Heard it's permanent, which would be nice.

About the Penuma, only coincidentally but I had printed out this article few days ago to read before bed. Haven't finished it but I think it gives plenty of reasons to avoid Penuma. It's a very recent source, published on June 26, 2023.

I looked into this at one point. The length increase is just a flaccid length increase due to the Penuma implant not allowing the flaccid penis to retract fully. So if you have an implant, this would do absolutely nothing for you since with the implant you do not retract much anyways. I thought there were all kinds of potential issues with this implant and did not even think it was worth consideration.
