Inflation issues - PLEASE HELP
One of the main issues I had was that the left side seems to inflate more than the right. When inflated, I can feel a strong cylinder on the left, it is round. On the right, as we move up towards the top of the penis, it is oval, flat and a bit soft. When cycling, it seems as though the left side is stretching, I can only feel the stretch on the left side. The surgeon advised it is possibly that the graft on the right side has contracted, he said he will try to contract it open during the surgery but this may be something that I just have to live with. Has anyone ever come across anything like this?

Your feet like the right side is not under pressure/stretch like the left side?

I think that's a good description, yes. When fully inflated, I can feel the top left side and it is hard and round, the top right side seems to be a bit softer and oval/flat.
The left side I can feel the pressure/stretch, right side I cannot feel much at all.

Did your surgeon inflate your implant to 80-90% for the first 4 weeks after surgery and have you leave it that way? That is how it should have been done with your injuries and PD. I am not a doctor but that is what my doc did to me and I was not near as bad as you.

Sounds to me like either a kink in your tubing to the right cylinder, or you have scar tissue on the right side preventing the cylinder from expanding. When you press your finger up and down your right shaft can you feel rib-like scar tissue inside or is it smooth?

Thanks for your reply. When pumped at a comfortable level or fully pumped, the length is the same, however, right side is a bit more oval and flat, left side is round and full. It's hard to explain, but, when pumped, I can feel a cylindrical rod on the left side, on the right I cannot.
This causes a bit of a twist at times, almost like the left side inflates more than the right. At the same time, the top of the right side is softer and more oval.

If it's scar tissue stopping the right side from fully inflating, it may get expanded over time from the pressure of the implant. I had a similar problem but after a year the right side could finally fully expand.
First pic is expanded after 1 year, second pic is early after implant when right side couldn't fully expand

Yes, just about.
I read your after surgery journal. You were not 80-90% hard for 4 weeks. At 80-90 % it does not bend anywhere. I thought I was going to die with pain. I spent 4 weeks on the couch with it sticking straight out. Tried to go walking. ( I live in what you would call the out back) I wore a loose shirt to shield my dick if someone came along. Even the touch of the shirt tail would send me through the roof. My surgeon is the go to guy in LA for penis surgery. He said that inflation is what I needed to straighten my dick and keep the scar tissue in place. He does over 300 implants a year and has been at it for 30 years. In LA the girls like to shoot a guys dick off with a pistol when they are pissed. Most every black girl carries a piece. My surgeon fixes a lot of shot up dicks. Getting back to implants and RTEs. I think dr EID is full of crap. I have a very deep cruses. To get the tubing to exit the cylinders near my pubic bone my Dr put in 5 cm of RTE onto my 15 cm of cylinders. There is absolutely NO wobble or bending at the RTE connection. My dick points straight out at 100% inflation and I can hang a towel on it. Your fears about your RTEs are unfounded. When I deflate I can feel where the cylinder are hanging straight down off the RTE part. My implant is over 5 years old now and that is my experience. Hope this helps
