33M - Decided to go for Implant

Hi, I am a 33 year old male. I have been suffering from ED my entire life. It recently got worse from an injury, so decided to go for the implant. For those that have an implant, I have a few questions. Any guidance would be much appreciated!

- How has it been in general? Have there been any surprises?
- Was there anything you wished you knew before getting an implant?
- Does an implant affect libido or testosterone?
- Any experience dating with an implant? I am single so curious how would women react
- Does it affect the skin or color of penis? This is a weird one but I typically have dry skin on my penis, but I notice when I take certain supplements the dryness goes away, wondering if supplements will still affect the penis?

In general I knew what te expect after research and sites like this. Surprises? Yes. I got an infection from my first implant. It’s since been resolved.

Nothing I wished I knew. I went from ED to boners on demand.

My libido increased because I had no more performance anxiety. Test doesn’t matter because I’m in TRT.

Woman’s reaction? I get hard on demand and stay hard. They are ok with that. I’ve only had one that had questions but it was curiosity and not an issue. Then we had sex again.

No change in my penis. Not the skin.

There are definitely some differences, but not drastically different in appearance.
Mainly, the cylinders can be felt in the penis, making it slightly oval.
I've never had a woman mention it though.

Of course it makes a grower more of a shower, but that's not a bad thing.

You're way ahead of me in that you found FT. I didn't find the site until about 2 weeks after my implant.

I think I made the right choice with the AMS 700 LGX. I like the more natural flaccid.
I originally lost almost an inch, but at 5 months post op I've gained a bit of girth, and about 1/4" over my OEM length.
Still cycling, and hoping to get to 7" eventually.

I've been on testosterone gel for years for fatigue. My Libido was good before, but with the implant removing all anxiety about performance, I find myself wanting to fuck every pretty gal I see, all the damn time.
It does seem to have reduced my sensitivity somewhat. I used to last pretty long, but had to consciously hold back at times. Now I just don't think about it, and I can go on and on. Sometimes I have to let the girl finish me with a BJ.
