Definitely time to see a well qualified Dr specialize in sexual medicine. No idea where you’re located but Clavel in Houston is a specialist in pyronies disease and could possibly do a surgery to help without an implant. Would schedule an appointment with the Dr and get his opinion and for sure get some educated info on when you should or shouldn’t get an implant from a Dr that knows his stuff. Don’t let others deter you from the thoughts. For every one who has a rough go of it there’s many who didn’t. I had very little pain at all and very little swelling. Started pumping at 13 days and had sex at 3 weeks but was very uncomfortable. Within a couple months it was good and by 3 months it was great!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!
