Recovery of Penile Length Lost as a Result of Treatment for Prostate Cancer specifically Androgen Deprivation Therapy
Hi all - I was diagnosed with Gleason 9 Prostate Cancer spread to lymph nodes in December 2021. I had radical prostatectomy in January 2022. This was followed by 12 months of androgen deprivation therapy during 2022 and part of 2023. I also had salvage radiation to my prostate bed and all my pelvic lymph nodes in December 2022 and January 2023. I have experienced shrinkage of my penis as a result of all these treatments. I had a small penis to begin with - approx 4 3/4 inches erect. I lost about 3/4 inch from my cancer treatments and now my stretched penile length is only 4 inches. I am quite distressed because of this shrinkage and this being on top of experiencing severe erectile disfunction. I feel like my sex life had been ruined. I am planning to get the inflatable implant in the next couple of months. Are there any guys who were on androgen deprivation therapy for prostate cancer out there who may have recovered any lost length after getting the inflatable implant?

I'm not familiar with many of those treaments or therapies, just mostly noticed you mentioned implants after RP and I can share many different reliable sources have proven length expansion after RP is possible with AMS devices and VED usage.
Poster 80 here starting on the bottom left:
No one can tell you for certain that you will get all, or any, of your size back. But it does seem quite clear implant is your best, if not only, option. If you get a VED now and start using it until a week or so before surgery, and then use it again when the doctor tells you to after surgery, if you stay consistent with your exercisises, you'll be far better off than you are now, regardless of your size (and tbh, it'll probably be a bit bigger too, just don't wanna promise it lol). And besides, it'll definitely work better than it does now. What's the alternative, anyway?

40. AMS 700 LGX, 21+3. Nov. 2, 2021. Idiot who abused alcohol for brain injury, abused viagra for implant.
Goal to prove implants increase dick size
Pre-op dick size: 8.75" x 5.7"
Current: 9-9.5" x 5.5"
Goal: 10+" x 6+"

Jan 20,2020 had Stage 3 prostrate surgery and they did not get all of it. @ months radiation didnt help. My 3 years ED post surgery it was maybe 2 inches and useless. trimix etc was a pain in the ass and not effective. I thought my life was over. Nov 2022 Coloplast Titan and I've been back in action for quite some time now. Probably 5.5 length and girth continues to increase due to cycling and just started using the pump again. I can say I am a very happy man although I am thinking of a bit of Urofil. Don't know if I answered your question. All I know is that when I woke up fromProstrate surgery, my turtle head was not visible and barely came out for 3 years.
Thank you Dr Perito is all I can say after each session with the wife. Incredible really. I forgot to add that I have been on orgovyx for several years now, my testosterone results are nil, zero, nothing yet my sex drive is even stronger than it ever was. I am not supposed to even have a sex drive using this med and this pill. is saving my life.

Guys..this series of results with LGX is making me super hopeful.
I got implanted with 19 cm LGX on June 21st of this year.
Looking forward to daily cycling as mentioned in item 80.
My plan is to lose around 10lb from my midsection and add some muscle in upper torso and legs. That should help with at least 0.75 inch length gain.
LGX website says 25% length expansion. Lets say in 12 months I can potentially gain 3.5 cm length in addition to fat loss gains.Still partially inflated and bit swollen so current partial length is not accurate. In six weeks once my surgeon inflates..will see the post-surgery length.

David I was fortunate to avoid androgen therapy and f/u radiation after my RP - now watching the slowly increasing numbers closely as I approach 4 years post-op this month. There's lots of room for optimism in your case with shrinkage from non-use and loss of nocturnal erections. You've got to get a very experienced surgeon - make sure they have all your history - and don't rush to surgery. A solid pre-op course with VED, Viagra / Cialis, stimulation, masturbation and any skin-to-skin contact with your significant other that could result in regaining some erectile function and orgasmic function will give you the best chance at a better surgery outcome. Scar tissue is likely to have developed - a competent surgeon can deal with that.
Consider also that you need to prepare for some discomfort from the procedure, both immediately post-op and as you begin to cycle. Keep the long-game in sight! Everything will get better - and you've no doubt read how many guys are saying 'it was more than worth it!'
Best to you and yours -

Thanks Steve D - I appreciate your feedback and all of your optimistic comments. I have consulted with one of the very best surgeons, Dr. Hakky. He also said that after the implant and my tissues expand that I should recover all my previous size. I have been diligently using a vacuum pump daily and taking daily cialis. I have sex with my husband once a week and can still have orgasms even on the ADT which is amazing. I am thinking I will be having the implant surgery in September or October after I complete my 12 months of ADT.

Looks like all your ducks are in a row! And a great response even on ADT!!

Just curious Alex258, do you experience mood swings or depression while you are on Orgovyx? I have been on it for 9 months and the mood swings are extreme,
