Anyone have any malleable pictures they would like to share? And or can they share if they lost girth with the malleable implant?

Yeah but my thing is idk if it’s me or all these malleable sizes are small- not trying to judge someone’s size but I can’t tell if it’s biological or if these implants all look the same size

Well without before and after photos hard to get any real comparisons ... I have a malleable newly implanted .. had ED for over 3 years no real decent erections ..stroke last July no erection of any kind after that ... older have a "fat Pad" which eats up some of your dick length .. Also your dick shrinks as you age .. I did VED for the 6 weeks before surgery to get it stretched out the best he could before the surgery ... Best I can tell he is no where near as large as he was using the VED. Never saw the Dr. but for a moment in recovery ..rattle off implant was 18cm and so much girth can't remember .. he is an aggressive sizer so I'm sure he did the best he could with what he had to work with. When I lay on my back when G/F changes his dressing she says he is much longer than when I stand ... she is not sure on the girth at this point ... could be she is just being kind ... lol ... I'm pretty much over the size BS .. if I get a dick that gets me back in the game that is all the Dr. said he could do ... I showed him photos from 20 years ago when he was healthy and his reply was that was then this is now they are not related .. all the indian videos I see never show before and after photos ... and the guy 2 days out pressing on his implant till it started to bend must be on good pain med's ...lol .. I have a malleable because it was the only choice I was given by the Dr. because of my age and health history. If I had gone to another Dr. he may have pushed an inflatable but I do trust my Dr. He is Dr Carrion if you look him up you will see his father helped invent the inflatable implants back in the 70's .. He is world renowned for his surgeries and has fellowships at USF in Tampa, Fl. where he is head of the urology dept. Mine is a Rigicon, has a lifetime warranty and more than likely will never need a revision. You hear of erosion in implants but if done right and not oversized seldom is a problem. I think if your young and all worked up about size for whatever reason ... pride .. insecurity ... showmanship ...etc ...etc .. I'd think long term on what you will get the most mileage out of as far as usage .. revisions .. issues ...etc .. I did not blindly go into this surgery and tried to get as much info as possible. Talked on here to a gentleman who has the same implant and is about a year out .. got the pros and cons etc .. I'd be happy to answer any questions I can on my own journey with a malleable implant ..

The one in a video looks like a pretty good outcome which is why I suspect the doctor chose to upload it. He's going to have a hard time concealing that though

What I really want to see is one that has been implanted with a semi rigid for 10-15 years

What device gets more reigid in the errect state?

I'm not sure how many semi rigid implants were done 10-15 years ago .. and the technology has changed so much in just the last 5 years alone ..

I’d say I had better feedback with the Titan than I did with the CX
