When does natural engorgement return after surgery

I was recently implanted on July 6, 2023 with a Tactra malleable - my 1st choice of implant. I immediately retained the ability to engorge. With a malleable, you are always semi-rigid, but not always erect - there is a difference. I am erect when I feel my penis engorge with blood and actually get bigger and harder - which it does. When not engorged, it physically feels like a flaccid penis otherwise would. The caveat is that having been recently implanted, I am still in the recovery stage, which means that engorgement may cause some level of discomfort - for now, as things heal. But, I am so far encouraged by the results.

My answer is pretty much the same as freshkid1234. I'm referring to my glans, since it's a separate blood supply than what used to fill my cavernosa, and it occurs when I'm sexually aroused. Hope this helps.
