Slight Kink on Right Side

I'm only 11 days out and today was the first time I was actually able to sleep on my side so that was nice.

I wanted to ask, I tried to feel some of the cylinders today and what I noticed was that on the left side it is all smooth but on the right side right at the bottom there is a small section where it is hard and slightly sticking out and then right next to that the cylinder goes in slightly before straightening up again. Is this something I should be worried about or is it too early to tell? Both sides don't totally feel the same in that part if I run my hand there to check.

Also is it normal for the scrotum to feel this heavy? Lol, I wanted to see how the swelling was coming down and it has progressed well but when i cupped it and slightly lifted it, just felt so heavy, quite strange. Takes some getting used to.

Not gonna lie, slightly worried about the kink on the right hand side. 11 days out so is this too early to judge anything. I'm scheduled to see the Dr. next week.

Trust me, read the journal, you're 11 days out. We all have these concerns early on. Hang in there, it gets better.

The heavy scrotum is most likely swelling or haemotoma. The sticking out on one side could be swelling or graft. It can take up to 6 weeks for swelling to subside.

Relax for now, you're showing no signs of infection, that's the major issue.

Things will get better soon. Trust in the process and in your doc.

No worries, ice and give it time, Hardest thing about an implant is the waiting after surgery, enjoy the journey.

Campfire, I had the exact same experience. After he swelling was going down I noticed a bump on the right side near the base of my penis. I called Dr. Eid and he was not concerned as this is normal. It’s just the infamous “dog ear” that is commonly discussed on this site. The cylinders fold slightly at the base, then when pumped up it goes away. I have one 1cm RTE on the right, so this may have contributed to it being more pronounced in the right. I have a less noticeable one on the left as well. I’m 8 years out, and can say it took months for the cylinders to soften up. Eventually you won’t notice as much but it’s always there.At times I still have to readjust my penis if I’m wearing tighter pants or bathing suits. No big deal as the benefits of the implant far outweigh any minor discomfort. If and when my Titan fails, I’ll definitely be on the phone scheduling a revision. Best Regards

I had and still have that same kink more noticeable on right side also. It’s totally normal. Time will help it to feel normal. Also I’ll second that the heaviness is just some swelling and the additional weight of the pump. Again time will heal and it will become the new normal.

I am a long distance runner. But also occasionally biker and swimmer.
Think you can resume your range of workouts once you recover from penile implant surgery?
Has your surgeon given you any reassurance about this?
