I had my surgery exactly 6 days ago. I have the same exact thing. This also makes me feel better.
I will say on day 6 this pump feels a bit annoying in my sack. I have a smaller scrotum, I know I’m still healing , but I’m just hoping I can get used to this pump being in my balls. Sometimes, I feel like maybe there isn’t enough room in there for this pump.

After a few months it will become just another nut in your sac! I’m at 14 months and only time I think about mine is off I set down on a hard cushion and mashed it against the inseam of my pants.. a quick adjustment always fixes it… time will definitely fix this!
59 years old ED started mid 40s pills failed after 10 years. Injections works but diminishing results with pain. Implanted 5-22 Baylor,Scott, and White Dallas.Dr Michael Wierschem, infrapubic Coloplast 20cm and 1cm RTE. Going strong and loving it!

I’ll just reiterate what others have said.. yes that is very common. Could be where the tubes go into your implant and or a mild kink. I had similar bumps and they got a lot worse sore before they got better… after14 months they will actually bend and fold up on themselves . My flaccid has gone down over 1/2” on the last few months due to this. After around 3-5 months the kinks softened and I got toughened up and they just stop bothering you. Time will most likely heal this issue.

On the right side about 1 cm above the base, it feels like there is a slight lump there in the plastic or whatever part of the implant is there? And then about 1 cm along from that lump the cylinder doesn't feel like it's inflated out properly there, like it goes ever so slightly in, not as it does on the left side where I can tell the whole side is inflated ok, only partially inflated obviously since I'm only 2 weeks out. What could that be?
I'm to go in to see Doc on Thursday for my first appointment after the op.
Is this kind of thing normal or should it be totally smooth and fine right from the get go bearing in mind no cycling has occurred yet etc.
Feeling stressed about this.

I'd like to thank you all for the messages. They helped me chill and just go with the flow. Went to see the Doc today and he said it was the dog ears, so you guys were right.
We tried inflating and deflating but he said I have a haematoma so it wasn't as easy to feel the deflate button. He was able to do it but I wasn't. We tried a few more times and then he deflated me a bit more and said to start trying to give it a go myself after a week and then to go in and see him a week after that. Can't believe how hard and awkward it is to try and use the pump, it really does require some strength. He said I am good to start having a bath so will try that in a day or two and see if it is possible to get a a deflate going, it's the deflate I'm worried about more than the pumping.
I was hoping that I wouldn't have go in to see anyone again but the haematoma put a spanner in the works. Actually feels good getting to the next stage though where I can kind of start to try and use the pump in a a week or so. Feeling much better mentally.
