The best VED routine is the one that you'll consistently use.

Don't know what the best routine is . I can attest that the ( temporary ) results of using a VED assist when pumping up are dramatic for me . I'll gain a minimum of a 1/4" in length and girth. My erection becomes thick AND round . Glans fat and engorged . It's addicting seeing and feeling the difference in my erection size using the VED .
