Want to hear guy’s experience with having implant and taking Sildenafil? Read a few research studies and it interesting to try.
34 yo, limited hand/finger dexterity. Tried vacuums, pills, TriMix, and Jelqs and nothing works. Implanted with AMS 700CX 21cm, Right 0.5 RTE by Dr. Clavell in Houston, TX on 5/12/21. Frenectomy 5/11/22 by Dr. Clavell.

What does the research say? I've tried Cialis and helped with glans
LGX 700 18.5cm 6'23 by Kaiser Dr. Moheydar do not recom. 12 wks LT cyl failure. Rev to Genesis 11'23.Poor inst again, twisted cyli & tub 3rd surgery Dr Odorica Nov24, with near perfect & web removal. Postop length 5.5" near 6" normal.

It says it helps with engorgement in the penis, so I am tempted to see if that is the case. Just wanting to get other guys perspective.

I was recommended that by my doctor. I have had very good engorgement after having cialis. So it definitely works.

Should give more of a round, girthy, and natural appearance. Can help for guys who have an oval shape after surgery.
Also should improve glans engorgement.
Some women have complained that their partners implant feels like a stick poking them, this would be due to the lack of natural engorgement. Viagra can help with this.
