I'm sorry that a person who doesn't have an implant claims to know the truth. Rufian, you say so many inaccuracies.
You say that if you have malleable, it is enough to do filler to have the circumference lost. The filler does not give you your circumference but it inflates your penis artificially and often in an irregular and ridiculous way.
You say the inflatable costs a lot, true, but it costs triple the malleable and the filler done every 6-12 months so as not to have a penis that looks like a pencil pen.
Do you think the malleable can do all the penetrations like the.inflatable ? mistake, because if you don't have a good complementary erection, forget about anal sex. With the inflatable you can drill into walls even when not excited.
I could say a lot more, but I don't speak your language well so I'll stop here.
I've had more women in 8 years with implants than in 35 y. with a healthy hard cock.
I wish you the best and that you choose what is best for you !

hi Lost Sheep, I also reply to newbie443 and Witheringhog, the latter I don't know if he refers to me, if he refers to me, he can not read the thread or the forum since it bothers them to read some of the truths that are ignored , let's start, I would like to know the satisfaction data you have, from where and by whom they were taken, the age of the patients, the patients' ED conditions, according to the implantologist my operation was perfectly successful, without any complications, so I wonder , I was told that if I had engorgement, I would have engorgement again, instead I have to take cialis 5 mg a day and before sex I take 20 because it's not enough, (one of the reasons I got the implant was to stop taking pde5) instead here I think they take something 80%, I was told that orgasm if I had it before, I would get it back later, I can't reach orgasm by masturbating, the worst thing than when they give me a blowjob after a while it annoys me, and I could never reach orgasm, it is a great loss not to have pleasure during a blow job, I am only able to 5/10%, I have been told that I will not lose either length or girth, I have lost girth, the shit it got flat and oval like a pressed sausage, i was told it was one touch, but i see one touch there is nothing, but it glosses over like it's normal, i'm not saying the implant isn't good , it's good for those who have zero, it's not good for everyone, I think the pornstar had the implant to continue his work, not because he was at zero, that's why he too is part of the unhappy, knowing the injections, I hope not there is a single thought here, where many beautiful things are talked about, and the negative sides are ignored, which unfortunately exist, people must know the pros and cons

You asked me for data "I would like to know the satisfaction data you have, from where and by whom..." but have not answered my question. You have not offered even a single example of one of the "fake studies" you mentioned.
Yes, there are examples of unhappy outcomes. I will confess that mine is not 100% perfect. The pump bulb makes a bulge in my scrotum. This is not an issue with sex at all and my orgasms are fully as enjoyable as before my ED started. If you are among the small fraction of men who haver unhappy outcomes, you have my sympathy, but not my forebearance to paint implantologists as charlatans.

Statistically speaking post operative surveys are usually low quality studies. Times ago I found a review of Pub Med published studies about IPP satisfaction rates. Conclusion was that there were at best two or three medium quality publications.
Issues with sample size, sample bias, lack of standard questionnaire, etc. are rather the norm than the exception. The so called very high satisfaction rate is not so "scientific" as many doctors (/sellers) say and Frank IMHO has a realistic view.
I'm saving for an IPP while managing to survive with PDE5 as much as I can, so I'm not prejudicial.

the data circulating as far as I am concerned is incomplete, as I have already said, I would like to know the age of the patients, the degree of ED of the patients, therefore I would be the charlatan, who had myself castrated, paid almost 24,000 euros, and according to most of the implantologists, I should have had the engorgement back, I could eliminate the PDE5s once I had the implant, and here it seems to me that they take most of them, I shouldn't have lost the girth and lost it, I should have had the orgasm as before , instead it's not like that, one touch, but if you don't keep the button pressed and you don't squeeze your cock, the fluid doesn't come out of the cylinders, I'm wrong or these are things that implantologists say, these are the things that have occurred, and fortunately for me it was a successful operation, let alone if it hadn't been, I am surprised by the fact that for you, I am the perpetrator, and they who say these things, to everyone, are the victims, at this point I must also consider myself lucky, that only those things happened to me, and that I avoided an infection, a break, or some cosmetic imperfection other than fucking oval, sorry if I say these things against these poor victims, who treat a patient like a credit card, and not as a sick person to be treated (for a fee), they would at least say what could most likely happen, if they did say it 30/40% would not submit, only those with almost zero would submit, my data is me and someone I know, perfectly successful operation, what are your data instead?

Did you have your testicles removed? That is the definition of "castrated". If you did, that would explain much of the reason you lack engorgement, orgasmic ability and dissatisfaction in general.
It does appear you were lied to by your implantologist. That may apply to a lot of men. There is also the fact that as human beings, we lie to ourselves quite often. This contributes to unrealistic expectations among implant patients. Is is possible you are an example of this? I was never promised to be fully restored to erectile functionality. From my reading (of medical journals, not popular publications) I knew there would be deficiencies in my penis' responsiveness. Thankfully, those deficiencies were not severe (not as severe as your experience, I will agree).
Indeed, I was somewhat disappointed in the oval shape of my penis after implant. And this is something I had not read about nor expected. I was disappointed at first, but consider it to be a non-issue now because my girlfriend does not seem to feel any deficiency. Frankly, the bulge in my underwear has troubled me more. The functional difference is nil, and no longer of concern. It is now merely an artifact of the implant which has not affected my sex life at all.
It is unfortunate that you still require medication to maintain a satisfactory sex life. But my advice to you is to move forward on improving your penis' response and focus on the positive aspects of what your condition is now and make the best of it. Sure, warn prospective implantees that their expectations may not be fully realized. And especially you might warn them to be VERY careful in selecting their medical provider/surgeon. I took 14 months to find a surgeon I would trust to do my implant. I interviewed (by email) both Dr Eid and Dr Kramer and flew to Seattle to interview another surgeon. I do not regret that 14 month delay. I ensured my good results.
Please do not read my posts as accusing you of being a charlatan or perpetrator of falsity. I meant no such. I do acknowledge your disappointment. I encourage you to evaluate the degree of disappointment and assign blame where it properly belongs.
