All day penis stretcher with implant?

Has anyone tried using an all-day penis stretcher (ones that attach to the glans) along with an implant as part of length recovery?

I did find clinical studies of combining VED with AMS LGX implants and the results were pretty encouraging.

I don’t have an implant although I do use a Phallosan Forte stretcher. The stretch, if used correctly, is fairly gentle. I can’t imagine any interference if you are using the strap around your thigh that pulls the glans to apply the stretch. If using the plastic base that pushes the glans away to apply the stretch it may be uncomfortable pressing against the area where the tubing leaves the cylinders of your IPP.

But of course an email, text, or call to your implant surgeon is the best source of information.

before surgery. I also used a VED for 3 months. I had bad atrophy and both seemed to help stretch things out. My doctor told me that my use of the Penimaster and the VED both helped and he was able to put in a larger implant than he thought he would be able to during our initial meeting. I kept track of stretched size in the VED and it improved a lot. Happy to discuss if you want.

The VED use was 4 times a day for 20 to 30 minutes. The penimaster I simply put on and wrapped the best around my body under my clothes. No one seemed to notice.

I think it would be a great idea pre implant. Post implant im not sure, traction does give you extra length for sure, but is that length coming from only pulling the internal penis out or is it actually stretching the tissue? I used a traction device for 15 years, gained an inch until I started bashing my wife’s cervix. When i stopped i lost about a half inch of the gains thank goodness.

I have used ved and hung weights with a bib hanger as well. Looking back, i would GUESS hanging weights for 30min to an hour in the am, slap on the traction device for 12 hours, then finish the day with another hang session. Take a hot bath and use VED very lightly would be the best routine. The only penis enlargement i ever got injured by was VED. BUT!!! Would i have ever needed an implant if I hadn’t messed with my dick so much? Glad i got it mind you, but the thought runs through my mind. If you did that routine religiously for a year I would bet the farm you would gain length. .5 to an inch estimate. Then from what i have read on other forums it takes much longer to grow after that initial inch, still possible but it takes tons of effort.

@Witheringhog, I too have done all this for many years, and also gained length: A fair amount actually. I never really stopped either, at least with the constant daily stretching. And yes, to your point: After that first inch it's a lot of work. ALOT. I intend to keep this going right up to getting my implant.

I too have have wondered, Like the OP asked, if there is need or reason to use a device after getting implanted. My initial thoughts are: it is probably not safe if the goal is to stretch for length, but if the goal was a light stretch to prevent any form of retraction and maintain a health and fully extended penis, then possibly. i would love to hear if you someone could or would ask one of the implant docs. If not, I will ask Clavell on my upcoming consultation.
