For implanted men our " flaccid " is really just a softer , pliable erection length. Not much shrinkage and retraction. I do enjoy it .The subtle glances by passing women . A whisper among women in a bar ( yeah , the world now revolves around me and my new dick .... ) . I try to bring humor to the subject but really.... this is your anatomy now . Implants , push-up bra's, low V cut blouses showing off cleavage and we're supposed to smash and hide our dick in some uncomfortable position all day out of some sort of shame !? HELL NO ... NOT ME ! Just own it ... this is your body now . Good luck my implanted brothers

I agree.
I hate underwear, or any heavy clothes for that matter.
Hell, my little bulge showed before, now it's a bit bigger and I don't GAF what anyone else thinks about it.

Go to a sporting goods store and get a front facing fanny pack. I've had them for years now, even before my operation. In it, I place my wallet, iPhone, misc accessories, perhaps my bank book, etc. It's also great for safety, no more worry about pick pockets. Women have their purses, and I wear my fanny pack.
Venous Leakage (which I believe caused by my overuse of the Bathmate VED)

The first 6 months I worried a lot about mine but somewhere around 8-10 months I got so used to it and about that time it seemed to soften up quite a bit which helps. I no longer worry about my bulge. It’s just part of me. Occasionally my wife will comment about it in a certain pair of pants that shows more than others … but she loves it actually! It will get softer in time… but this is the new you… get over it or you’ll be hiding it the rest of your life… it definitely gets easier to ignore it as you get used to it.

if you're newly implanted, I would HIGHLY recommend that if you are going to wear tight concealing underwear or a jock to hide it, that you keep it pointed UP. I did not do that, and have developed some scar tissue in the corpora that keeps my penis from pointing straight out and somewhat downward when inflated. If I could go back in time I would have been sure to always keep it in the up position in my underwear.

Look up the word "sporran".

Ok, at my 3 month post surgery exam today. My dr said that my erection angle is better than what most men achieve. Slightly above 3:00 erect. We went over all the tricks that I had used early on to keep my penis pointing up.
Lastly, I said that during cycling I manually hold my penis as near to 12:00 as possible. He felt like that was a good strategy even though I was 3 month out.
To hell with a bulge. I want as much of a high erection angle as I can get. I'll live with a year of bulges if need be.
Btw, us & our kids are fairly open. If my bulge was noticeable, I think my adult daughter would joke about it.
I can handle a few jokes but I haven't had a single one.
