Can implant angle be improved in early weeks?

Postby Captain1117 » Mon Aug 21, 2023 7:09 am

Friends

Curious if anyone has seen improvement in their implant angle when inflated over weeks after the surgery. There are quite a few posts and couple of clinical studies on length improvements but haven't seen anything on erection angle.

Thanks

Captain, when I started cycling my implant I know my length was shorter (5.5inchs) and my angle was lower (3 o'clock), but with time and continued cycling I gained back. I'm now at 6.25 inches and my angle is 2 o'clock. This all got better around the 6 month point after surgery. The more I get to max inflation the more angle I get, sometimes I'll inflate to the max and the angle looks good, then it will stretch a little and it will drop a little to the 2:30 position and then I'll pump it some more and it will go back to the 2 o'clock position.

This is with the anatomy that I have, I've seen video demonstrations where some guys stay straight out at 3 o'clock, they usually have longer Dicks, and I've seen some that go beyond the 2 o'clock position, we're all different.

Good Luck Captain,

Thank you.

I was thinking the post surgery directions from surgeons to point it up was related to the angle or not?

Due to pain post surgery six weeks, I wasn't able to point it up.Now when deflated I can.
Was thinking next few months should I keep it pointed up deflated.

When my implant is deflated I like to point it up because I don't like it to hang down next to my balls or pant leg, just my preference. I don't believe this will make a difference in the angle that you have.
After getting the implant you will definitely be more of a shower than a grower and a lot of guys like to let it hang down along their pant leg to get the girls attention of the large bulge they have.
I know you're single by your post threads, so do what you want to do, and enjoy the looks that you will get.
For me, I'm married and my wife doesn't want my bulge to show when we go out, so I keep it up as much as possible.

I hope that helps a little Captain,

3 o'clock for me inflated. Nothing seems to move it up which I would prefer. I am about 7 and 6 circumference, so kind of heavy but I can be mostly inflated and keep it down with a visible but tasteful bulge. Wife likes it out there even in public. You can try to keep it up if you want, but I could not when recovering from surgery. Good Luck.

I do not think any surgeon could have control over the final angle. I can see that most of the guys end up at 3o'clock, while a small percentage at 2 or 4 o'clock. If it is possible, I believe every surgeon will get his patient to 2 o'clock, which most of us prefer.
Also, not many surgeons providing instructions related to the angle. Just make sure to inflate to the max every time you cycle.

Pre implant 8.5” length and 1:00 angle. First implant 8” length and 3:00 angle. 2nd implant (revision) 6” length and 4:00 angle. Hopefully this trend will not continue. Folks will tell you that initial length loss may be due to lack of erections leading to implant. My major loss came between implants. I went into surgery 70% inflated (max due to leaking unit) at 8” and woke up with 6”. Not sure why length loss or angle change.
