I just noticed that at the bottom of the pump and also to the right, the scrotal skin is stuck to it, almost like it has been glued.
Any idea what this is or if it can be fixed without surgery?
This could be the cause to my pump displacement post -revision

Re: Skin stuck to pump
It is one of the signs of infection, however one surgeon told their patient that this symptom in isolation is not cause for concern and it can detach after a few months.
Re: Skin stuck to pump
I think some adhesion is common. I had some. Some daily gentle pulling will loosen it. Mine took a bit less than 3 months.
I repeat, you need to be consistent in daily tugging. I would try to slide my fingers between the pump & the skin. Be gentle, it takes quite awhile. All of a sudden, one day you'll say to yourself that its loose.
Another side benefit. My high pump settled a bit lower. But no by much.

Thanks, this makes sense. I have done all the tests for infection so I do not think it is that.
Do you just pull down on it and hold it for like 5s, maybe 10-15 times a day?

To the best of my knowledge there isn't any procedure. The most important thing is that you do something. Anything beats nothing. My drs nurse said to give it a gentle pull downward a few times a day. Nothing about how far or how hard. I told her that I was hooking my thumb onto the top & giving it a gentle pull down everytime I went to the bathroom. She seemed satisfied with that.
You are going to have to decide what you are going to do. My advice, if whatever you're doing hurts. Do it differently.

Mine was attached to my left testicle. I gently pulled them apart while in the hot tub. They finally separated. Long time ago but I remember it took a while.

Re: Skin stuck to pump
Yeah... I'm going through this now too. I've seen several posts about this. I go for my follow-up this Wednesday for my first inflation and I'm crazy excited. However, been playing around with the pump more and more to get used to it and with it attached to my scrotum and unmoveable it's making things difficult and a bit painful.
I had a Titan installed and had infrapubic surgery. During the surgery, they poked through my scrotum so I had some stitches about an inch below the base of my penis. Apparently during the healing, my pump attached itself to the area where the cut was. My left testicle is sandwiched well above where it should be and the pump doesn't really move. So when playing around with the pump, simulating inflating, it hurts. I've been tugging at the shin attached to the pump hoping it disconnects. Otherwise, using my new penis might be a few more months out until I can get the pump in a better place.
Wish I had a hot tub...LOL.
