After more than 2 1/2 years, about 35 pumps in average to reach full hardness. I do wall-to-wall, but after about 10 pumps, it is becoming hard.
It started with about 70 pumps, then went down. I believe you should get less and less with continuous cycling, because the pump hardness would improve, and any squeeze should push more saline with regular use and cycling.

I will have had my implant for three years on the 1st of September. It started out for 70 to 100 pumps. It still takes from 70 to 80 to max it out, I envy the guys who max out at 20 and 30. I've tried every suggestion I've found on Franktalk and it's made no difference.
It gets really hard and works really good, just wish it didn't take so long to pump to maximum

Zenmasterdj wrote:Hi guys

I got my implant in May and I'm just getting the hang of it .

About 90 days in and I can get 70 pumps into the implant, which from what I can tell seems like quite a bit. (?)

On a personal note, well I do have One of the larger implants' according to my doctor, most of my implant is actually inside my body as I'm kind of a thick person.

Anyway, I was kind of wondering what the max pumps people are getting and is there a standard that everyone tries to achieve? Because if I can grow through cycling, I'm guessing I might be able to get another 10 or 15 pumps? 20 pumps?

So if you don't mind, in the comments below, leave the age of your implant and the amount of pumps you can get.

Looking forward to reading the results

Zen, I’m sure you’ll get lots of different answers, because there are several different implants out there and different sizes.
I have the AMS 700 LGX 18cm with 3cm rear tip extender.
When I first started cycling at 6 weeks, I could get 20 pumps and I thought that was like a steel rebar.
Now that I’m 21 months out from surgery, I have two different number of pumps.
If I pump slowly, waiting one second between squeezes, I get around 40 pumps to max, maybe a couple more after stretching a bit.
If I pump fast, I get around 80 pumps to max, and also a few more after stretching.

20 pumps wall to wall
10 3/4 pumps
about 20 “micro pumps” to max.

After the Perito exercises or actual sex, i can get another 10 micro pumps in.

But all that is to max. I play at 90%

Why the big range, seems odd. We all have close to that 22 cm, i would have guessed similar amount of pumps. Go figure.

Hog, I have the AMS 700 LGX which expands supposedly 25 percent more, it has different material than the Titan. I'm pretty sure the AMS CX is similar to the Titan once you get it full, it's full and a lot stiffer than the LGX tubes.

I've heard that you're supposed to wait about 2 seconds between squeezes but to me, that would take too long, I'll have to experiment and see what the outcome is.

I know that most all of us use different pump methods with our hands and finger position.

I did an experiment in the shower this evening. I pumped really slow, making sure that I could definitely feel that the internal sides of the pump bulb were touching for at least a second or two and I only got in 33 pumps.

So, I'm sure that there will be a lot of different variations of the amount of pumps, to get to max inflation.

Gone as high as 130 and never did reach a point that I couldn't compress the pump.

I have the AMS 700 CX that's 21cm with 1.5 RTE. I get 25 to 30 full pumps and maybe 10 or so at best half pumps before my bulb gets too hard to pump and my implant is rock hard with pretty much no flex left in it. You're going to get answers all over the place depending on size, which implant, and really how hard or fully they can compress the pump. Some can get full compression of the pump and others might only do half squeezes. I was originally implanted in April this year ( implant cylinder failed a few days later - then revision, remove and replaced the whole thing, on June 22 this year so I'm only about 9 weeks out.
AMS 700 CX 21cm x 12mm with 1.5cm RTE, MS pump, and Conceal Reservoir. Implanted on 4-12-2023 removed and replaced 6-22-23 with the same, 1st implant surgery had pinhole leak in left cylinder, second failure tubing at connector

Coloplast has 2 different pumps. And the AMS pump is different also. Then the amount of deflation and the speed and depth of the pumps. Faster pumping has less time for the pump to fully refill. Those are the reason for the differences. It is not going to be the same for everyone.

I get 35 full pumps before the pump bulb stops working. Big and hard as a rock. Really looks like my pre-op trimix cock. I usually am most comfortable at 30 pumps
