Looking forward to the update. You should make a thread about the results.

I vote no.

No way would i risk the nerve damage. I might….might, consider Urofill one day, but never that silicone sleeve.

It took me several months to get back almost full sensation after the implant. I’m happy now and this ability to feel pleasure is not a risk i’d be willing to take.

I received the penuma and Implant a little over a year and a half ago and was just implanted with the ams cx 8 days ago.

I have had positive results with the penuma procedure, i.e. it’s provided exactly as advertised.

I believe (don’t quote me on this) the preferred order is Penuma and then IPP bc they flip your penis inside out for the penuma procedure. But I’m pretty confident they can do it in either order.

I also believe the penuma has to be implanted opposite to which ever way your IPP was implanted, ie, if you previously had penoscrotal it has to be infrapubic or vice versa

Also keep in mind, the penuma Implant is for “cosmetic purposes” and therefore not covered by health insurance

**note** if you have received fillers in the past, this typically disqualifies you from receiving penuma (now called the “himplant”)
Received AMS CX 21 August 24, 2023 (on my birthday). Previously implanted with penuma aka “himplant” February 2022
