Are the pump tubes supposed to go over or under the testicle?

Are the pump tubes supposed to go over or under the testicle?

Postby liven2themax » Thu Aug 31, 2023 12:57 am

Hi everyone,
I just received the AMS CX 6 days ago.
I can feel the tubes going to my pump on the left side.
It feels like the tubes are running behind my left vas deferen (testicle tube). It’s lifting my left testicle up and pushing it forward and it’s pretty uncomfortable. When I look at diagrams for the pump placement, it shows the pump tubes going over/in front of the vas deferens. Was mine placed wrong?
Or will everything settle in when the swelling leaves?
Appreciate any insight on this.

Not sure Bro but mine run in front. I have been concerned with using a vac pump because the opening puts a lot of pressure on those pipes in front when i pump up - that is a concern for me.

I don’t feel or see any tubes. Titan here. I have a relatively large scrotum (a lot of skin). My pump is located behind the testicles, in the middle. And not all the way down, more like 1/2 - 3/4 down in the scrotum.

Did you have a penoscrotal or infrapubic procedure, the routing of the tubes is different depending on which method you chose for your surgery.

I had infrapubic Titan and my tubes come around the left side and go under my vas. It was uncomfortable for a few months but yes, it all settles in and you two buddies get comfortable with their new roomie! Time will heal… relax, everything sounds very similar to what I faced.

That’s a big help. Thank you!
I actually just got back from a follow up with Doctor Taj. He said he always goes underneath the vas because sometimes the tubes can become visible going over.

Good to know things will settle in!

At my appointment, he separated the pump from my left testicle where it was stuck a little. Everything feels way better now.

my pump is in front of the testicles, it's perfect, I could also ride a motorcycle without problems, you can't see it, you can only feel it if it touches, I also wanted it behind, the doctor said it was fine, actually then it settled down by itself comfortably , it is normal that it bothers you at first, it will pass and it will be fine
