I did and still do you a penis pump. I used it every day, twice a day, for the first few months. I try to use it several times a week now. I feel that it keeps everything working to it's full potential.
I maintained my length but lost some girth, simply because I was to girthy for the cylinders to maintain it. Still happy with my girth
I don't use anything for glands engorgement. I still engorge if sexually excited.
