Titan OTR - One year out - Loving it

Hey y'all, just wanted to give a one year update. I'm very satisfied with the form and function of my 24cm Titan XL implant. I'm able to fuck whenever, wherever and however I want. I can cum, give it a few minutes for the glans tenderness to go away - and keep fucking. I feel like a human fuck machine. If you're on the fence - get this procedure done, follow the Dr instructions to a damn T and give it time.

For those who've asked - I got my original length back after a few months of daily cycling and once Dr Hakky approved it, daily vacuuming for 12-15 minutes. I pumped 4 to 5 times/week for the rest of the time. I have actually had an increase in length - 1/4" cycled and another 1/4" when horny and ready to go - so a total gain of 1/2" over my preop length. And girth has increased as well - 1/4" larger than my pre-op thickness in flaccid and a smidge more when erect and horny.

Here are pics from pre-op, when the curve was getting more pronounced, 2 months post-op, and 1 year later.

It's good to hear that another Bionic brother is doing great and back in the saddle again. How long do you have to wait for your glans tenderness to go away before you can start fucking again? I guess some guys don't have that problem but I do and so does my wife, she gets very sensitive after I get her to an orgasm. I would love to continue on with another session, but we haven't tried because of sensitivity issues.

Also, I see in your post that you used VED to help with stretch to gain length and girth back. It seems like you would have problems with the VED because of your curve. I have a slight curve to the left on my dick, which isn't from PD, I've had it from birth, and when I tried to use the VED my dick wouldn't extend very good because it would sort of stick to the side of the tube. Some of the threads that I've read here on FT, said that you should inflate before using the VED. I'm almost two years out from surgery and I'm pretty sure I've got as much length and girth back from cycling aggressively, but I'd like to know if the VED helped you.

Hey man, normally I need to wait around 4-5 minutes, sometimes a little more. My wife gets sensitive too, so i just keep it inflated and either play around or sip some wine, then when she's ready, I'm ready : ) Women don't have our refractory period and can go sooner, so let her get back to ready mode and hop on it!

For the vacuum, I'd actually started it about a year prior - along with a couple different stretching units to try and lessen the curve. Royal pain in the ass, but I firmly believe they both helped with some length gains before surgery. I pumped 100% cycled per Dr Hakky's instructions, he said the implant would help lessen the curve over time and pumping helps with elasticity of the corpus cavernosa to allow the implant to grow the cavities over time. I've used the "dry" vacuums but honestly prefer the Bathmate, having water in it either in the tub or shower helped keep the curved part from sticking against the vacuum wall.

Great question, I really don't know. Dr Hakky gave me a printout of a study that showed that VED did help recover lost length in a majority of implant cases. The science made sense, but he said I had to do it consistently and long-term. It's been a year but I still use VED a couple times/week just for the hell of it.
