Yes it is good to hear all the positives. I am scheduled to go bionic in 6 day's time. Feeling good about the decision to head down this path. But I dare say the nerves and anxiety and self doubt will probably kick in as the days count down, hopefully there will be none of that, Getting the Titan implanted by a highly skilled surgeon here in Australia, so I know I will be in good hands.

In reply to several recent posts, all I can add is don't be nervous, just do it.
I struggled for 13 years using pills & injections. Knew nothing about implants. About the time injections were beginning to fail I saw an ad for a doctor who did penile implants. WHAT? Took me a year to save the $$ for it and have not regretted it since.
Sex is awesome. I can do it any time the wife wants without having to schedule a time to pop a pill or stick a needle in me. With a younger wife my implant gets used regularly. As you may have read in Randalltx post I introduced the wife to a sex swing, mainly because of my bad back but the sex in it is awesome. Might name the room the LOVE SHACK!

Three things I learned in recovery.

1. Be Patient.
2. Don't Panic.
3. Do Everything the Doctor tells you and do it to a Tee.

Expect your. Size to be a little smaller at first.
The area around your genitals WILL have swelling due the surgery.
And that swelling takes a. Little while to receed, I actually think that's why ALOT of guys panic at first.

It "looks" smaller.
Don't worry, aggressive cycling will get you back.
I was exactly 6 in. Hard pre-surgery, I came out at 5.3 in. post surgery.
At the 6 month mark of my implant I am now back where I was before.
This implant is amazing.

I finally figured out anal sex, with this implant you can REALLY take your time and slowly introduce this "new friend" gently and easily so she can alert you if there is any
Pain or discomfort.

I dont want to mess with to many harsh pain meds - if i can avoid it. I was thinking of copious amounts of THC. Has anyone tried this much and care to share details.

I have stocked up on healing peptides - in massive quantities. BPC-157, TB500, GHK-Cu, CJC and Ipamorelin. I know a guy that owns a research chemical company and gives massive discounts to bulk buyers for situations like this.

I'm all ears to any and all advice. This has been a great board to be a part of. I will post some before pics in this thread before I go in, and then post some after as well.

My current attitude is I just wanna get over this. I was nervous about surgery 2 weeks ago. But the closer im getting to Nov 1 the faster i just wanna get over with this shit.
