Why not just get a malleable implant

If it comes the time when nothing else works or I find I have a venous leak, unlikely now, but it could happen as you get older

I would just go to the Perito guy in Miami as I live in south florida and just get a malleable implant

The guy does the Perito technique basically a 2 inch incision at the pubic area, the bottom of the penis and he introduces the rods through there

I just can't deal with the short lifespan and high failure rates of inflatables is not a good deal

I read stories of men who died of old age with these implants and they still worked during the autopsy

Perito is the man. He talked me out of the malleable — said girth wouldn't be as good and that it would be a bit "wobbly and unstable" at the base — and I said if my IPP fails within five years I'm going with a malleable at that point. He seemed to think that was reasonable.

So what did you get? How much does it cost if you dont mind

In my case i always had good girth erect about 5.75 and 5.90

My length is only 6 inches tho

Ive seen some results on indian youtube doctors and malleable works for many

For surgeons is more lucrative the inflatable tho

if you have a good circumference perhaps the malleable would be more convenient for you, I would go for rigi10 which bends more than the others, 135 degrees instead of 90 ams and coloplast, if you lose less than 2 centimeters in length and circumference it would be fine in my opinion

Yes, there is an important question regarding the malleable implant: during certain intercourse can the hinge suddenly bend?

My stories is on here like two or three times so I’m not gonna go into the whole thing. I had an inflatable and then had to go to a malleable due to an infection. I had sex several times with the initial malleable replacement, and there was no bending of the hinge, the only position we didn’t try was cowgirl. But as far as missionary, and everything else, it was rigid, didn’t bend, didn’t collapse, and there was no instability that I felt anywhere. The malleable I have was put in as a salvage to not develop scarring or shrinkage until we can go back in and put another inflatable or larger malleable. The jury still out on which one I’m gonna do. The malleable I currently have came with a size penalty only because of the massive infection and because we know it’s just a temporary fix until my next surgery. But I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, I’d rather have a 6 inch working penis that can go for hours, instead of a 7 inch penis that I had to worry if it was gonna stay hard or not with the Trymex (which is what I called it when it stopped working) injection. In the long run, I’ll be happy with anything over 6 1/2 long and my old girth which was pretty good. I just a bit over 6 1/2.

IF i get a implant ,it wont be a 3 piece . for one ill be paying for it and if it fails pay for it twice. plus being cut open 2 times ? yikes .
the good thing with the 3 piece is the adjustability and the negative with the malleable is its hard 24/7 .maybe making some normal activities a little difficult .
but they are not less hard than a 3 piece according to some members on here that have them and surgeons . 2 members said they could drive it through a wall ,an exaggeration i know .but the point is they are stiff . they are only flexible at the hinges .
i can deal with the negatives as long as the size isn't botched . actually the thought of it being hard 24/7 and being able to whip it out in a moments notice makes me smile a ridgi10 malleable can be implanted in india for 3500 . not including travel and hotel expenses . so im considering it .
