I second the recommendation for the baby sock. I bought a pack of 10 pair at Walmart. Definitely helps with friction those first few weeks.

Thanks a lot! This gives me comfort to know that such discomfort is temporary. I bought so far 3 types of cushions to explore what is best and planning to take one to work since I'm going back next week after 4 weeks of sick leave.
May I know what do u mean by wearing sock? I bought some underwear with dual pouches that feels much comfortable (when I'm not bottmless) specially when I'm inflated post op.

That's what I meant, even if you find 3/5 year old socks you can cut them to your liking, the important thing is that they must be made of that very soft and delicate sponge, you'll see what a relief
