The deed is done.

Postby BundyBear » Sat Sep 16, 2023 5:55 pm

Hello everyone, I am four days post-op from receiving a 22 cm Titan with 2cm RTE’s. I have no regrets heading down the path of being implanted. At the moment, I am very uncomfortable, and my scrotum is the biggest I have ever had. I had Penoscrotal approach. The surgeon said the surgery went very well with no complications I was expecting pain but probably not this much, but hey, very early days. One thing is for sure cold packs are my best friend at the moment. The six hour drive back home did not help but things can only get better from here. The surgeon has left me 50% inflated and have to leave my dick pointed up at all times for the next 4 weeks till I see him again for pump activation. This site is an awesome site for information from men who have gone down this path, so I know it is onwards and upwards from here.
ED since my early 40's. RARP March 2023, Zero erections since then. Pills not working, Injections hit and miss. Titan Implant September 2023

I was done the same day as you. Im having a rough time with pain, swelling and a hematoma. I think Ill be ok, staying reclined with my legs up on pillows and iced at all times.
The swelling in my scrotum has decreased significantly but is still swollen. My dr (Hakky) rewrapped me and told me to stay wrapped till Monday. I have to call him to go over next steps, he said I will likely be able to find the pump and possibly cycle. Yesterday I couldnt fell my testicles thru the swelling…
I think size wise Ill be ok as my penis appears to be close to my original length, Im inflated apx 80%, the swelling and lack of arousal make it look smaller.
Overall Im in good spirits with a few “What did I do?” moments
Keep the ice on and layback. Im a NCAA football fan so at least I have games to keep me entertained thru this rough spot.

Way to go Bent Ben and Bundybear!! We are all bionic brothers now. It is especially nice that we are all together in time. I was implanted Thursday the 14th. For me, just the psychological lift knowing I have gotten through this step is worth it. The encouragement from the FT community s fantastic!

I know we will go through a rehab period with it’s own challenges…but nothing like the walk in to surgery.I am doing well….my pain is mitigated by ibuprofen and ice. I don’t have much swelling and I am very thankful for that! I hope yours resolves quickly. Time is our biggest ally now. Keep going…eyes on the prize.

Best to you both.

Thankyou Android912. My surgery was Wednesday 13 September. Pain today is very tolerable. last night was pretty rugged, but we are in the healing stage now. As Bent Ben mentioned I did have a couple of "What have I done moments" but they did not last long. I know that from now on I will get an erection, and I know that I will maintain an erection for as long as I want Really good to know that i have Bionic brothers implanted pretty well at the same time. Hope yourself and Bent Ben have a fast recovery.

One thing I’ve learned is don’t panic. Save your judgement for 3 to 6 months out. Right now my dick looks like it was slammed in a car door….shrimpy, scared and battered. Retreating at every turn. Numb in spots.

Talk to me in a few months and l’ll tell you about my beast!!

Positive thoughts.

To all you recently implanted bionic brothers above:

Congratulations! :D

I’m 8 1/2 months postop and doing great. I know exactly the road you’re on right now just a few days in. In those early days, life felt so moment-by-moment. Never was more obsessed with my dick as i monitored it constantly.

I almost envied the brothers a few weeks in, much less months-in. Where they were, telling stories of pain mitigated, boners happening, sensitivity improving, sex happening….it all seemed a LONG way away as i sat there with ice in my package.

And now, here I am. I’m in Thailand as i write, visiting my girlfriend and having great sex, usually twice a day. My boner is real, and so is the pleasure.

One thing i really like about franktalk as i’ve read the past several years posts is how groups of guys who are at about the same starting point stay in near constant contact with progress reports and encouragement. I feel like i made real friends who supported me during this most profound periods in a man’s life. One i even met up with over beers in Thailand.

Just want to say congratulations and best wishes to all to be the next wave of implant success stories! Hang in there! (pun intended ;)
