Just curious. What is it that you think that they might find as "different". I mean both brands can provide an erection that is harder than any youthful erection. They don't have to "wear" the implant 24/7. In most men, the girth is nearly the same between brands.
In most cases they are having sex that was unobtainable for many of the previous years.
During my recovery my wife hasn't noticed my slight girth loss. I'm fairly certain that my cycling will recover it. Honestly it isn't very much of a loss.
I've only had my CX. I'm clueless as to what my wife could feel any difference from a Titan. Btw, she is extremely attentive to any changes to my penis/erections. Always has & I suspect always will be.

The reason I asked is my wife is extremely sensitive to minor differences in dildo/sex toys; firmness, bend ability etc. so I was just wondering if one has a better or more natural feel, from a woman’s perspective.

I can see your concern. But remember everything of you that touches her is the same old you. Even firmness is going to be controlled by you. If its hardness bothers her. Just inflate it less. Don't worry about counting pumps. The deflated volume of the cylinders varies too much to make counting pumps a reliable method. Give yourself a squeeze test before starting sex. Think back to the firmness that she liked then duplicate it.

Remember also that some women will protect their partner's ego by minimizing their own observations/disappointments. Also some others might maximize their observations in an effort to gain the "upper hand" in the relationship. So interpersonal testimony maybe needs to be taken with a grain of salt, sometimes.
