As I recall, Perito claims that he's the highest volume surgeon in the US. Also it takes him 20 or 25 minutes per implant.

Dr. Perito performs infrapubic installations, and from the videos he's posted his preference is almost solely due to the speed at which he can perform them. According to the research I did, this approach mainly benefits Dr. Perito.

I believe his need to be the highest volume surgeon has no bearing on whether or not his outcomes are better than others, and they could be worse.

I caution to be carefull just comparing prices. Several examples have been posted.
The first video that I saw using the infrapubic approach. It just struck me as a poor way to get all of that hardware into me. I decided from the start that is not the way I wanted mine done. This was before men started to complain of having lots of tubing around the base of their penis.The dr that I used wasn't fond of it either. So much so that he won't use that method.
I wanted an implant that mimicked my natural penis. So that pretty much eliminated the Titan. I did end up with a CX that does act like a Titan in some ways.
I'll caution people to VERIFY before surgery that the quote does include anesthesia. Lots of hospitals have stopped offering that sevice & contract it out. So it will not be included in some quotes.
So as the old saying goes. Cover your ass or in this case your penis.

When my insurance would not pay, only then did i consider Dr. Clavell. $9000 cheaper. His video consult was unhurried (1 hour), but his staff unfailingly polite, responsive, and helpful. Day of my surgery, he installed 5 implants. 1 was first to go. He makes only brief appearances before and after the surgery, but was relaxed and helped me feel relaxed in turn.

I’m very happy with the results. Wouldn’t change a thing.

Before surgery, I wrote Clavell a two page letter introducing myself and my problems. Told him of all the different hospitals I went to in Japan (recall I visited eight of the best hospitals in Tokyo at the time) and how Japan offered nothing for this -- not even a simple doppler test. We had a one hour video consult which was excellent. When I arrived at his office, they did the doppler test, and found that I have severe Venous Leakage.They said surgery was the single, only, option for me. The nurse said I was one of the worst cases she ever saw. (As I said, I have little doubt the Venous Leakage was caused by my overuse of the BathMate VED that I used for a decade).

The surgery went well, granted after I could not urinate for around two weeks without a catheter. During that time I was in constant contact with Clavell while in Tokyo. Could not have asked for more. He was extremely kind, helpful.
