No, premature ejaculation (PE) is a totally different thing. An implant is because you can't get or maintain an erection. What you need is something to control your orgasm. There are creams or pills available, talk to a men's sexual health professional for recommendations. There is a section here dedicated to PE. Maybe you'll find more answers there.

All I will add is that though I got it for ED, the implant completely eliminated PE for me. In fact now, some of the time I don't have an orgasm at all and need to masturbate the next day. BUT the wife is VERY happy with it (which makes me very happy) and if I do orgasm before she does, absolutely no problem at all keeping going till she does -- which is every time!

Antonio1010,
Could you add a signature? How old are you, and for how long are you experiencing the PE? Did you try a couple of medical treatments without success?
PE is not ED, but the result is the same. Both you and your partner aren't enjoying sex. If non of the treatments solve the problem, I thing you should consider an implant. You will just be wasting years.
PE's problem is taking your confidence away. If you feel that you're gonna come quickly and your dick will soften, then you will come. Your brain sends signals to your organ. Even with the implant, you may have PE for a couple of time, but with the implant superpowers, you will keep going till your partner gets off. After a while, you will be in control of the time completely.

Have you PE before implant? Now with implant PE is settled for you sir? If ejaculate early then with sensitive glans you can penetrate to continue?

You have a treatable condition that does not require an implant to get improvement.

An implant MIGHT be an upgrade to your penis. Able to maintain penetration even after a premature ejaculation is nice. But remember that after orgasm your libido will decrease and continuing coitus not as enjoyable for you as it was before your orgasm. Maybe not for her, either because your spongiosum tissues will lose engorgement (the implant only works on the erectile cavernosum tissues and leaves the spongiosum tissues as they were before). So, your penis will lose some surface hardness and your partner likely will feel your penis softer and skinnier even though still rigid.

It has been said that there is nothing feels so good to a man as a good, hard, blood-filled erection. Also many women find a great deal of assurance of their own desirability by knowing their man's erection is due to their efforts and not some hydraulic/mechanical device.

Implant is irreversible. It leaves you permanently impotent forever if the device fails. Right now, you are like a man who can run 5 Km in 60 minutes because of bad ankles. Amputate your feet and on prosthetic feet you can run 5 Km if 30 minutes. (Not world record, but pretty good) If and when the prostheses fail, you are relegated to a wheelchair and unable to run at all. Until the prostheses are replaced, if possible. Are you willing to make that trade when physical therapy could strength your ankles to enable you to do that 5 Km in 20 minutes?

Physical therapy is more work, but less invasive, less painful, less expensive and if you do it before having surgery gives you benefits beyond sex as well (general health, for one) that will be with you whether you have implant surgery or not.
