I relate to this a lot. My confidence was zero because of my ED. However post I got the implant and started cycling I slowly started seeing that I can be hard for as long as I can.

This topic has been discussed at much length. I can 100% say now that I’m bionic you can absolutely get away with it the first couple times maybe more.
