The cause should be antibiotics.

Oh .... I thought it was just because I went through a 2 hour surgery where the Doctor peeled my Dick like a banana, sliced and diced it , burrowed a dilator up it and then shoved some polymer cylinders way up into the glans before he put me back together. Now I have to tell the woman I've been with for 32 years she better go get checked for herpes ....cheating whore ! I'm just playing

My dick looked like a king cobra the day after surgery.

Thanks for the great visual Journeyman, I'm going in tomorrow. :) :D But seriously, I really appreciate all your posts; they've really helped me learn about and anticipate this whole process.

To the OP, seems like most posts I've read say that the first couple weeks are highly variable with swelling and pain issues and not to worry unless they persist for an unreasonable amount of time. I'm about to find out for myself...good luck with your healing!

I know . I wasn't taking a shot at you Oldboy. I appreciate ALL the contributions that the men that participate on this site share . That's how we all learn and get educated about everything implant. I was just trying to interject some humor for entertainment purposes. :D

I'm circumcised, but the ring just behind my glans blew up like a bullfrog. Lol
In a couple weeks it had reduced significantly. It took a couple months for the stretched skin to get back to normal.

Hi Bigdave, yes I read about your experience previously and had DMed as well, but wouldn’t go through. For how long did you have? Was it edema? Did you do anything specific to treat the swelling?

I really appreciate everyone contributing here. Thank you

Same here. Mine was so wide and swollen that it would scrape both sides of that big mouthed, plastic urinal they give you at the hospital. Look like a brick of fireworks went off in my pants ! Black , blue and swollen. It'll subside with time . Use ice . Most important thing right now is to prevent infection. Good luck

Noted on that Journeyman, I am taking antibiotics as prescribed by the surgeon and following his instructions. I feel I should have delayed my surgery a bit. The recovery from this surgery is something else :(

Im experiencing the same issues 16-17 days out. Anyone know what was causing this and did it go away? Remedies?
Thanks
