The way a doctor measures in surgery is different for a Malleable than an Inflatable. At least that is the way it is supposed to be. If you go to the General Discussion section of this forum and look in the Documents Worth reading thread you will find articles about implants and size loss. The document about size loss during surgery referenced aggressive sizing for inflatables. I also stated that for Malleable sizing the doctor subtracts from the measurement totals and that this is not needed with Inflatables. And some doctors even add to the measurement for inflatables. So yes you will be smaller with a Malleable than if you are properly sized and get an Inflatable.

I had size loss form 10 years of doing nothing about my ED. I was able to get a lot of it back but I an still nearly an inch short.

Stretch test is crap. The only measurement that means anything is at the time of surgery. And it depends on the doctor who is doing the measuring.

In my opinion, the stretch test is just to counter the argument from men that they were undersized. "Well this is what you was when you came in" type of answer.
For what little its worth. At my 3 month exam my dr gave me a quick measure & proclaimed that I was .5cm over my stretch test. I did not get a good look at the ruler. My entire profession involved measuring. If I don't do the measuring, it didn't happen.
After those things are said. I have gained some length. They say the CX doesn't grow in length but my dr says it does, but only a little. Maybe in the vicinity of 2cm. I'm steadily working to prove him correct.

Had a Rigicon mallabble done 6-2023 .. ed bad for year and a 1/2 after my stroke last year and maybe 2 years before that so of course my age and having ED both work against you .. my dr. is a big fan of the mallabble implant .. he does more in his practice than anywhere else in the country .. dr. carrion iat USF in tampa fl .. did I lose some? .. perhaps who's to say ..was I bigger 20 years ago? .. yep all of us old guys were .. did I end up with something once it is healed I'm going to be able to use for sex ...yep very much so .. contrary to popular belief unless you have a horse cock with a rigicon implant which I have you can bend it 135 degrees .. you would be able to go to a nudist park with no issue when it's folded looks like a nice size cock ...Size is only in your mind ..

Have not used it for sex but have used it with some hand toys .. they were very tight and had no issue being stiff enough to go into them .. I'm hoping for anal sex for xmas .. that and a 12 inch dick wonder what I will get first ...lol
