Anyone have penis base NOT thicker than the far end with IPP?

Recently there was a post about implantees in whom their penis base ended up being thicker than the rest of the shaft. (viewtopic.php?f=6&t=22673&hilit=base) There were a lot of responses reporting the same. No one responded that their implanted penis base was NOT measurably larger than further along the shaft of the penis. Does this happen to everyone? Do things improve and even out with time? Some described a "triangular" shape to a pointy, tapered penis that condoms would roll off of. I imagine wearing a cock ring may also present difficulties in these cases if the ring gets pushed forward up the shaft by the wider part.

I just wanted to ask the opposite question. Is the penis base NOT significantly larger than the rest of the shaft for any bionic brothers? Is anyone with the IPP able to wear condoms or cock rings without a problem?

I don't understand what would cause much of a girth difference at the base. The cylinders are straight. My base is about the same as in my youth the best that I can remember. So yes, slightly bigger but not by a lot.
We never used condoms a lot. I do remember that sometimes they didn't roll down very well. I didn't know 45 years ago that they came in sizes. I do remember that some were so tight they caused minor pain.
I had read about the base size issues. I personally think that they have forgotten their original base size.
Remember that the implant tips don't inflate. Or if they do its not like the cylinders. If by chance your cylinders tips are below your glans. You might have a slightly smaller area there. I think that might be the only shaft size changes that I can think of.
