So ive been using my implant regularly the past 2 months, and i have not been able to orgasm via PIV sex. I was never a fan of oral sex so that wouldnt get me off either.

I usually finish with my partner lying next to me, kissing and fondling my body. It gets me there pretty quickly. Which is suprising because sex used to be so much more stimulating :/

Have you tried different inflation, i have heard some say 85% is better than maxed? I battle this same issue, but my wife starts bitching if i go much longer than 15. I think i would have no issue if i had a girl that liked longer sessions.

I had a lot of inflammation around the implant tubes that caused bad pain for 1 1/2 months. My surgeon suggested I not use my erection until the pain subsided. With so much pain I wasn't tempted to use it.
