I found that plenty xtra lube helps with the pain so get that gel or do plenty oral and get her soaking wet! Otherwise you’re doing amazing! I had sex at 3 weeks also.

Mine was penoscrotal and I started cycling and having sex around week 4 ( maybe a bit earlier ). Now my problem is even though I'm almost 4 months post op, my glans doesn't swell, and it's still desensitized making it so that I don't ( or haven't yet ) climaxed while inside her, I usually pull out after several minutes and finish by hand. Not a problem, but I'm hoping that the issue resolves itself sooner and not later.

Generally, if a man's glans engorged before the implant, it will engorge after the implant. It may take some time for the nerves to respond to produce the engorgement. They have been traumatized. Give it a few months.

The spongiosum tissues (which engorge the glans and the shaft outside the tunica albuginea and corpus caverosum with are responsible for erection rigidity) are supplied by a different supply than the corpus cavernosum. So the two responses are independent of one another. I suppose spongiosum tissues can suffer ED, but it is not problematic for intercourse, so has not received much attention.

Note: "Glans" is singular and does not have the letter "d" in it. A common pair of mistakes. Please do not take offense from my correction. The plural of "glans" would be "glanses". Each man is equipped with only a single glans, at birth.

Oops. I was wrong about the plural. Here is a dictionary citation
glans (/ɡlænz/, PL : glandes /ˈɡlændiːz/; from the Latin word for "acorn") is a vascular structure located at the tip of the penis in male mammals or a homologous genital structure of the clitoris in female mammals.
