Hi,

Apologies for barging in, but at this moment you are my Hero with a capital H @profirefight.

The reason for that is;
August 4th (4 days to go) is the day we start the implant process, as in first meeting with the surgeon (Intro talk).

I'm 32, and I have been hiding my impotence since the age of 20-21.
On New Year's Eve 2012/2013 I almost got into a ketoacidosis coma (The day we discovered diabetes 1) and they rushed me to the hospital. I can still remember saying to my helpers; My mind wants to continue, but my body gave up. --Roughly translated from Dutch.

Lost weight from 91 kilos (200 Pounds), to 47 kilos (103 Pounds).

Apparently, I had been walking around with diabetes type 1 for 1,5 year. Even tough going to the doctor more than 7 times in that period, it was undetected.
You can imagine this disease dissolved my wannabe athlete body and caused tremendous irreversible damage.

At the age of 19-20 my size was (from bone) erected 8.54" (21.7 Cm).
Currently, I have a maximum of 6.6 (17 Cm)" (written on pump) when pumped, but I'm unable to measure it correctly from the bone due to the pump.
I'm a short man tough currently; 1,62 m in length, around 58 Kilos (127 Pounds).

The thought of getting the implant has been on my mind for 7 years, but I kept refusing and I have used all other options. Androskat injection have never worked (2ml) let along all the other pills...

Sharing your story and images have let me make the decision to get over my fear and get the implant. Thus, the appointment of 4th of august in 4 days.
My best friend, and my ex-girlfriend (From when i was 19-20), are going with me to drag my ass through this.

P.s) I saw some mentioning payments and/or insurances. In the Netherlands since September 2016 penile implants are 100% covered by all insurances.

Check your hormone levels, if they are good then you arent training hard enough or not eating good enough. Stay the fuck away from steroids its so damn stupid. Kills you early and ruins your hormone systems for life. Dont even consider this.

Want to comment on the ams pump because I am experiencing the same issue. Pumps up fine but then gets easy to pump and nothing seems to happen. I think it has to with the lockout valve not setting properly. Tried resetting it and that doesn't fix it. Started making sure I give it a really good hard intial squeeze. Just last night when it happened after the first 10 to 20 pumps I gave it some good hard squeezes and it started working properly again. Sure hope it is not a sign of a failure coming. Will discuss with my surgeon at my 5 month follow up next month.

I had an issue and AMS700CX behaved strangely:

The problem was deflation, If i press deflation button for 4 seconds. The fluid goes back from cylinders to reservior. But if i stop pressing the defaltion button i could still feel vibration and fluid moving back to reservior. Further if i pressed cylinders withou pressing deflation button there was still vibration and fluid was moving back.


I checked with AMS guide, I could not find this issue. It felt like the deflation button was stuck (pressed).

I stopped touching the implant for the whole day and the next day i carefully resetted the mechanism by pressing the deflation block for 3-4seconds, and thn pressing deflation for 3-4 seconds after that. The pump inflated properly than and again same problem.

I then resetted again stretched the shaft as explained by AMS. Sent an email to my hospital.

I did not touch the pump the whole day resetted again. Now it is working fine, I just do not press the deflation valve for longer duratio or with full force just enough to get some fluid out oy cylinders.

Strangely, before this i had to pump the implant 50-60 times to get barely hard but not really hard. But I can now get 65% hard just by 5 pumps and adding some half pumps (2 or 3) make it really That is good but also strange, bulb is hard again after resetting. I also started puliing my pump down and moving my sahft sideways up and down and pulling forward.

I can see my girt increasing form 5inches to --> 5.25 inches
and length is less as compared to pre op_ its 6.25--> 5.7

Bone pressed is 6 inches and pre op it was 6.75

Looking good firefight ! Day 24, you got a long way to go, enjoy your new toy, you have more gains coming take it one day at a time and thanks for reminding all us old guys what our bodies used to look like. You will be so happy you took care of yourself before waiting longer.
Looks great and you see no hint of pump !

It has been a few months since your surgery. My surgery is coming up in January, and I'm getting nervous.
How are things with you? Have you had any complications? Has your length returned to its pre-OP length?
