TITAN ONE TOUCH PUMP STIFFNESS

Postby str84wd » Sun Oct 22, 2023 4:46 pm

Hello,

I'm on week 9 post op and started cycling from week 6 after a rough healing. The pump occasionally go stiff to a point of not squeezing and releasing low fluid! While in other cases it feels much softer an I can easily squeeze wall-to-wall without any issue nor strong pressure.

So far the stiffness happened twice and today as an example I tried twice with no luck! Am worried to press strongly and cause damage!

Can somone advise if they ever faced such issue? Our suggest anything?

Thanks in advance for the usual valuable input.

Yeah if you've been deflated for a while the pump can be stuck and require a very firm squeeze to get it going again. It sometimes takes me both hands to get the pump activated again

Well tried both hands too with no luck! Was worried to push more strongly and break it!! It's strange bcoz I'm cycling daily twice.

What is puzzling me that I just tried for the 3rd time today and it worked and reached Wal to wall from the first squeeze!!!! I'm not sure if it's malfunction or just luck! Sadly it feels like ED again when u try to activate with no luck!!

It works better for me when I use both hands and also when I inflate while standing. Do you inflate it while standing up or while lying down on bed?

I was wondering if you were, inadvertently, pinching the tubing. Maybe pumping at an angle or squeezing the tubing as you pump . Try keeping the pump as straight as possible when pumping and see if that helps .

Mostly standing and with one hand at ease when it's stiff where even both hands do not work!
