Great to see these posts where guys have positive thigs to say about their implant.
Like most, I went through the pills & injections. Hated having to "schedule" sex. Hated the side effects. Really wish I would have found FT before taking that first Viagra.
Having the implant is so much better. Sure, like all guys I wish I could have my youthful natural erections again. But it was only good for one round, now as mentioned by Happy Again it could wear out ten women. (I'll never get that chance either Happy!)
It is a big decision to get implanted. But for me it was definitely worth it.

I must admit, I had moments of doubt for about the first 6 months or so. But now that everything is settled in I’m liking my implant way better than pills or injections. Especially for the ability to have spontaneous sex whenever and wherever without preplanning or nasty side effects. With the wisdom of hindsight, my only regret is not getting it sooner.

I’m at a nude resort right now, I told my wife last night that it’s the first time we’ve visited in the past 15 years that I haven’t had a headache, heartburn and felt lousy due to the pills. I’m having a great time.

So far I think that it takes time get accustomed to an implant. So I'm at about the 6 month point. I very aggressively cycle. Yes its tender most of the next day. ED isn't for wimps, it takes work & some discomfort.
Unlike many others, I don't remember any "what have I done" thoughts.
Its a journey. I got up to needing in the high 20's of pumps to be max rigid. That has slowly went down to the upper teens. Not sure why but maybe the pump is broke in now.
My wife was a little hesitant the first few times. Once she found out how fucking hard it gets for fucking her. She was all on board as far as her hormones would allow.
2 or 3 orgasms in 5 minutes sure changes a womans attitude. To the members on the fence. You really need to think about this.
My wife was always an orgasming fool. I'm sure she doubted that it would ever return. It takes some patience to get an older woman accustomed to steady dick. Its a fun process that you non implanted men need to try.

Spent the day with my wife yesterday, and just for kicks I thought I'd take a half pill of Levitra just to see if it would enhance my engorgement.

It may have to a very small degree, but the painful headache, flush face, bloodshot eyes and overall discomfort was not at all worth it. It brought back memories of when I had to deal with that in trade for being able to have penetrative sex. Back then, I found myself weighing the pain and discomfort of all those side effects for a whole day for a couple hours of muted enjoyment. This pushed me to looking at implants.

Same as most everyone. Did the pills for about 10 years and toward the end was massively overdosing to get fluctuating results along with the side effects. Shots worked good when they did…. Had to keep doubling my quantity, so after 12 months I was using 6 times the original amount. Was like getting ED over and over!! After a few months of implant, those days are a thing of the past!! Love my rock hard dick! Any time anywhere for as long as I want! I still use very low dose cialis on sex days to help engorgement…. But if I don’t it’s not a big deal.
