pumping problems

Hi Guys -
Saw consultant yesterday who says I need a new pump!!
Anyway tried this morning to inflate. Heard a "pop" and it inflated. Very hard but
very small (used to be 6") took advantage and we had sex on the spot.

Being small it kept falling out and because of numbness did not feel a lot.

Consultant says size will not improve,however many on this site disagree.

Would like your comments on this please.
