Popped blood vessel?

OK I was just cleared for cycling yesterday. I pumped it up and deflated it yesterday with that issue. Today when I pumped it up, I sort of felt something weird on the right side of my penis and now it’s a bit swollen and purple. I’m kind of freaking out because this happened to anyone else? I have a call into my doctor but I was hoping you guys would probably be faster.

Update just went to the doctor and he said it was just a superficial blood vessel pop not to worry about it. I’ll just take it easy for a couple days on the inflating.

Looks like some swelling and raw skin to me. I think if you popped a blood vessel it would be very noticeable.

Looks pretty much like a bruise to me which is in general a busted blood vessel. Hopefully it’s from pumping. It can be really sore and tender til your scrotum gets toughened up. After a while you won’t even get sore but you obviously are just starting and it will take some time. Try to abound the bruised area when pumping. Pull pump down and away from the bruised area.
